I wish I can do 0 stars worst services ever. I moved form Farmington Hills to Brighton and had to switch pharmacy but unfortunately I have to make the drive to be able to get my medication they take a week to fill medications after the prescription has been sent to them. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! RUDE STAFF!! LAZY STAFF!!!

Their policies make it unbelievably difficult to get a script filled. Not even worth it. Just go somewhere else. Update they will text your phone automatically and solicit flu shots without your consent as well. There's no way to opt out without opting out of updates about your script too.

Pharmacists and Techs are excellent at providing their services.Some people that complain need to take a deep breath and understand sometimes we need to wait a additional minute.

No longer use this pharmacy anymore, understaffed, employees are huge a-holes. Meijer corporate, this pharmacy absolutely sucks.

This pharmacy has so many problems. The staff is rude. If your prescription is out of refills you have to call the doctor yourself they will not request it like the other pharmacies do. There is a medicine i need every month, if it is missed a seizure will happen. I have let the staff know this many times. They tell me they will make sure they have the medication in stock. But many times they do not and i have to travel to a farther away meijer to get it. Staff doesn't seem to care.

Never had issues with another pharmacy. This place manages to incorrectly fill prescriptions or not fill them at all. Also everyone I've interacted with at this pharmacy is so rude and bothered. I'm sorry you don't like your jobs.

Never seem to have my needed prescriptions in a timely manner. When I finally can pick them up I have to constantly give them my insurance because they conveniently keep forgetting to add it. Now trying to call and have been on hold for 20 monutes...

05/01/2023Picked up my perscription today. Tammy, a pharmacy aid, was speaking with someone through the intercom that they would have to come inside to pick up their prescription because the box that glides up and down was broken. It sounded like they were not happy about it! I also, got confused about the payment method as to how much my perscription cost, which made it a little difficult for her. I know it's not easy to deal with all different sorts of people. Tammy seemed to keep herself together! She seemed knowledgeable, and good at keeping up with the task her job called for!

Their pharmacy staff seems to be incompetent at doing their job. They sent me a refill notice Sunday about my Lantus insulin was ready to refill. I sent back to refill it. Go to pick it up yesterday they said it wasn't filled yet.. They said it would be ready today. Go there today and it still wasn't filled so now I have to wait another hour to get my insulin. Yet they sent me another refill notice this morning. Maybe I need to find a different pharmacy because this is ridiculous.

Timing matters: the Drive Up lane is awkwardly located & is only worthwhile if you are 2nd in line or better. Inside line can be lengthy - or not - but that is true all over. At least people are usually friendly.

When you go into the actual pharmacy the help is okay. When I called over the phone because an issue I was just in for the day before didn't seem to be fixed (wanting a prescription off of autofill) the lady sounded rushed and annoyed. I misplaced some of that prescription which she gave me options for, one of them being too just straight out pay for them. I asked what the price would be and while on hold continued to look for the prescriptions. I found them and when she was back told her I did but I still wanted them off autofill, if she had done that already that's great. She annoyingly said she hadn't yet but she would. I said thank you so much to which she rushed a 'bye' and hung up on me in the middle of saying it.

I have been filling my prescriptions with this pharmacy for three months after just moving to the area and have had nothing but problems from the beginning. The staff are all rude except maybe one or two of them. I watched one lady in particular be so impatient and nasty to a man in his 70’s I almost asked to speak to a manager myself. I will now be driving 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different pharmacy. Worth the drive to be treated with respect!
