Have been going to Jax in Brighton for a few months. Feel like I need to go through twice to get my vehicle fully washed. Does not do a good job on bug and dirt removal from the vehicle front/hood, though seems to do ok with the sides. The wheels don't get cleaned well, still dirt in them. The tire shine seems applied haphazardly and not consistent around the tire.

The car wash itself is fine, but the staff can be frustrating. Every time I visit (about a dozen times so far), they don't let you use the self-serve kiosks. Instead, an employee approaches to hard-sell a membership plan. If you decline, they try to upsell the wash you've selected, followed by pushing individual upgrades. Even after tipping generously before they start drying, the effort they put into drying my car seems no different from everyone else's. It's already on the expensive side, and I only use it for the convenience during my monthly Costco trips. While the vacuum and air stations are a nice touch, the persistent upselling and aggressive sales tactics are a major drawback. They could improve the experience by scaling back the staff's involvement and educating the team on what it means to get a tip.

Always leaves streaks and dirt marks in spots that aren’t that hard to get to, no matter what you pay for it’s the same. They spend more time trying to sell you a subscription than actually washing your car.

Paid $21 for a car wash yesterday & it came out horrible! Dirt on my windows, tires, etc.

This car wash is the hidden gem! I’ve tried every other car wash out there in the Brighton Howell area and I have never seen anything like this one. They do an exceptional job and everyone is very polite and helpful! They always get me through very quick and efficient without lacking in keeping my car clean!

I purchased my unlimited plan at Jax in Howell, but zi do frequent the Brighton location as well. I really like the flexibility of being able to use my unlimited plan at both locations and kudos to the emoyess who are helpful and pleasant

THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL, they do a great Job. The new Manager is a wonderful guy who runs this car wash professionally and efficiently, he always has a smile on his face and is very friendly and kind. Folks don't be fooled by the fake accounts posting lies about the new manager. They are angry little trolls looking to cause trouble and spreading nothing but lies. As a consumer of Jax. I am impressed with the service staff and management. And that is the truth. They get my F150 clean and treat me very well.
Please don't believe the liars.

I called off work today to do some running around, and that included heading over to Jax Kar wash, and the experience was very frustrating today, largely due to the manager Mike. His attitude toward me and other customers who were in line was just flat-out awful. The wash service itself was far below average it felt like they rushed the wash delivering poor quality. Would not recommend this place, especially with Mike's presence.
