I am the Deli Lead now. Hours are posted on a bright yellow sign. I do my best to serve all of you, but these posts are all 6 months old, or older, so any issues faced were before my time. I've been here 6 weeks. Any issue you have, please let me know and it will be addressed. I cannot change open or closing times, but I CAN do my best to make sure you leave with what you came in for.Yes, we have been understaffed, but that is through circumstance and beyond our control. Any other issue you have, make me responsible for it. Cause if I'm not properly serving you guys, then im failing, and I need to find out where we should be doing better.

Not a fan. I rarely come here because it's not convenient. Tried paying my electric bill twice over the summer and there was no staff at the service desk so couldn't. Shame on me for not updating my debt card on auto pay.Aside from that, went today to try something different. I like buying the Home Chef meals. First off, the layout of the store is silly. I hate that the isles are cut in half. The produce section is pretty small. I had a question about apples and the person doing stock didn't want to be bothered.The frozen vegetable area is also a mess! No organization at all.When it was time to check out there were a bunch of uscans and two registers. They were the updates self check outs with the belt. I waited 20 minutes in line to be checked out by a cranky lady. Their bagging system is not good. I bagged myself which isn't a big deal, but it would be nice if they could bag as they go.

This review is for the pharmacy. The staff is topnotch! I transferred prescriptions here from Meijer, the service is MUCH better! My family gets their vaccinations at this store and we have been very happy with them. Well done Kroger Pharmacy!

Hope the two employees (one not wearing a mask) are real proud of themselves for ridiculing the handicap employee for forgetting his mask when he was obviously running late. Looks like those two ladys even sent him home.

How can you hate on this Kroger. It's where I've noticed the pretty people shop. Better yet, it has: Murray's cheese which is formidable, a great "dinner in a pinch" section, a great beer and wine selection, fast checkouts, excellent fish, it's a huge store and has pretty fair produce. Checkout is always fast and there's a Starbucks in-store.

Agree with the others. This Kroger is grossly understaffed and the poor employees are overworked especially after 6pm. Wheres the management?

Live this grocery store but for drive up we have had three bad experiences in a row. Alcohol with the security device left on, next a missing bag of groceries that we were initially billed for and then an order where we selected no substitutions but were given substitutes that were nothing like we had originally ordered. Each time the management did not seem to care about the problems.

Shout out to Kroger customer service folks. I wish I had the wherewithal to get their names to send them a proper thank you notes. But they could not have been more patient and helpful with me tonight. My phone battery died during my Instacart checkout and they helped me charge my phone then re-rang a huge order. When I said thank you they said “no problem” (it was a lot of extra work for them) and “We are all in this together.”

chaos- packed and busy for a pandemic. people/customers (not workers) here are very rude, inconsiderate, take their masks off while in the store.. if you take covid seriously like you should- avoid, unless they start cracking down on those breaking the mask rule.

Wouldn't typically leave a review for a GAS STATION but The clerk, Tim, was absolutely fantastic. Personable and, weirdly enough, I left with a smile on my face because of his friendly demeanor and positive energy.

Broken check-out price screen... not nice female manager, told me to read receipt to verify pricing.... that's a little late after I've already paid.....
