If I could leave this dumb store negative 100 stars I would. Their money services team is so beyond dumb and their manager is ever dumber she defends their mistakes. I went in for a money order. He charged my card but it wasn’t printing the money order he calls over the manager and she says “oh yea the machine is broken we’re not taking money orders”. They refunded me. So I said okay fine I’ll go to Walmart. I get to Walmart and my money isn’t on my card. The refund I didn’t realize would take a couple business days because it’s Saturday!! First of all WHY send an associate to the money services and not inform him THE MACHINE IS DOWN. Now my rent is going to be late and all she can do is reply with oh too bad! Not even a problem solve or an apology. Nothing! I should make them pay my damn LATE FEE.

None of the staffs here is professional. Anytime the self-service system asked for the attendant, they would come to me annoyingly as if I bothered them and that was my fault. When I tried asking the attendant why the price didn't change after I put in my Kroger's card and it went through, they told me "I don't know", not even trying to help me by asking their manager or anyone else about it. Your best bet would be Meijer and other grocery shops around. Stay away from these people!

They never have anything I'm looking for and the shelves are always bare. All of the kroger employees are supper rude and avoidant. Especially Brittany and the store manager.

Specifically online order delivery service. Order was running an hour late. We didn't get any updates so i had to spend 10min with customer service while they tried to contact the driver. I was told they were on their way and should be there in 15min. I waited another hour and had to call customer service back again since as we still had ‘t gotten any updates. That was another 25min phone call while they repeatedly attempted to contact the driver and dispatch. Finally i was told they were stuck in the mud (its been bright and sunny for two days..) and they had no eta, mind you we are going on 2.5 hours late already at this point.
I ended up having to cancel the order and get a refund then go shopping myself, which isn’t an easy feat with two very small children.
Though friendly enough customer service offered zero solutions, information, updates or accountability. I was apparently expected to wait an undefined amount of time several hours after my pickup time?
Definitely would not use this service again based on my experience today.

Front desk lady Grace was very rude and disrespectful, and made 90 year old man who is clearly out of breath and tired go find daughter whom was shopping before giving service about a lost rewards card! Grace made a simple task more complicated than it is. Hope you are treated with kindness when you need help Grace, unlike you showed this poor older man.

Bad customer service, bad attitude to the customer, Behave as if there is no need for customers, not only one time,. There are too many contempt and racism. I would give 0 star if I can . This place should stop doing business is better

The lady at the service desk fixed the problem I was having with the Kroger app. She was busy with customers ahead of me...answering the phone
..dealing with a man from out of town who was very rude...and yet she still greeted me with a smile. What a great Kroger customer service representative!!
