I live and work within proximity to several Kohl's stores but this is the one I frequent most. The store is always tidy and well stocked. I do miss the price check kiosk but you can usually give what you need in their app. I'm general their clothing and shoes run on the price end but you can always find a deal or coupon.... I never pay full price.

I left my job with kohls because the Brighton, MI store manager Amy is a bully. I was in a position where I needed more income and kohls does not give extra hours so I got a second job. She said my new availability didn’t work for her, yet she refused to tell me what would work for her. Amy actually called me hostile for expressing emotion about her thinking she is able to tell another grown adult what they are able to do and not do with their own lives. She was aware I am a neurodivergent person she just seems to be an emotionally ignorant person. she cut my hours and took away my lunch breaks as a full time employee. She also decided to withhold my last paycheck for an extra week just because that’s the kind of leader she is.

Had a nice experience in return area. Check out for purchases was very slow. Only had two cashiers in the whole store on a Saturday.

It was fine. Disappointed that a kohl's in Baltimore didn't do an even exchange for socks and somehow used my 10 kohl's cash and charged my daughter 4 more dollars.
Brighton was fine
