The food was great, the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The parking lot is a nightmare, it is hard to get in and out of parking spots and always full.

Not sure why I keep coming to this specific location. Each time I get less and less on my sub. I basically had sparse meat and next to no lettuce. There were bites that were just bread. I’m shocked that their employees think it’s acceptable to give someone a sub like that. I guarantee they’re not making their own subs that awful!

I went through the drive thru on 1/15 and ordered two potato salads, fresh bread, and chips. The fresh bread ended up being rung up as day old bread, and the potato salads were given to me a day past the date written in the container (unless the person labeling it writes 9s like 4s) but the potato salad also tasted off compared to how it usually tastes. There were no forks in the bag, so we had to go back through the drive thru just to get forks and not even an apology was given by workers. The chips were the only good thing that I got. It is a shame because I normally love getting Jimmy John’s. I would definitely not go here again.

Ordered a cold cut combo. The guy made a veggie sub. Asked if there was meat on it and he said yes. Got home and no meat. I called the store and talked to the manager. They obviously don’t know what a cold cut is because he said everything was was cold cut. I guess that doesn’t include meat. Very rude. Will not be going back.

Food did not impress us . Clean store. Our subs were not even toasted . Everything was cold and hard to eat . Was expecting better.

We drive through Brighton often and the last 2 times we bought subs from this particular location the bread is hard. Not sure but it could be you need a new oven or a little less cooking time. Won't be stopping again unless it

Ordered a $9 sandwich and was tacked on a $4.49 "delivery fee" and STILL have to tip on top of it because the "delivery fee" doesnt even go to the person delivering??Yeah, no. Sorry. Thats terrible business. You're robbing the customer AND your employees.I cant justify ordering from JJs anymore. Bummer.$4.49 delivery fee on a $9 sandwich.Absolute joke.The workers are great, the food is good, the delivery is punctual, but the owner is clearly a clown.
