My PT experience at Ivy-Brighton the past 15 months has been outstanding in every way. Kristen is knowledgeable & very resourceful in developing a customized therapy program that delivers excellent results. As the leader, she has created an environment with an awesome team and a positive vibe that allows patients to feel comfortable as they achieve their rehab goals. For anyone needing Physical Therapy, Ivy-Brighton is the place to be.

Kristen is truly the best physical therapist I have seen. I have seen at least a dozen physical therapist over my 10 year journey. I have hyper mobile EDS. Kristen is by far the most knowledgeable. She’s also the most caring and explains everything in detail. I don’t think there is one question I have asked her that she did not have the answer to. The facility is bright and clean. Every surface is wiped down after you leave. This office is truly the best of the best.

I can't say enough about my experience at Ivy rehab. It is clean, friendly, and very accommidating to my schedule for appointments. The knowledge and specialization of the Physical therapists are top knotch, Kristen, and Jennifer have helped me so much. I havent seen Steve because his speciality is back problems. But I do have a friend who has followed him from the Novi rehab out to Brighton for her back problems. Again if I could give it a 10 I would.

Ivy Brighton has helped me and my pain immensely. I always know I can count on them to squeeze me in their schedule if I really need it. They have tried all types of methods to relieve my pain. Previous PT clinics would not do manual hands on therapy and that seems to help the most. They have all kinds of tools and resources other clinics dont seem to have. They have flexible scheduling. The staff is so kind. Penny at the front desk does everything in her power to get my insurance company to cover everything they can on their end. They have payment plan options. Jen and Kristen are like angels. I will come in crying in tears and I know they will advocate for my needs or help me in any way they can. They are so caring and understanding which means the world to someone like me in constant pain. I truly would not go anywhere else and I have been to several PT clinics around metro Detroit area. You will not regret going to Ivy Brighton. I highly recommend you give it a try, insurance or not they will find a way to help you.

I am already vastly improved after only a few PT sessions with Kristen. I am now able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain. She is a skilled listener and was able to come up with a treatment plan to achieve my recovery goals.

Excellent location for your PT needs. Their clinicians are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all diagnoses. They are especially knowledgeable in hand therapy and pelvic floor. Highly recommend.

The staff are expert, caring and comprehensive. I’ve been through a round of PT before at another provider that reduced my symptoms, but this time they are focused on eliminating the root cause!

I highly recommend Ivy Rehab. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She is a very positive and caring person. I went in to see her because I have had problems with my alignment of my hips and have had one hip replacement and knee surgery years ago. She did a great job working with my issues and I have lots of stretches and exercises to do that she recommended that have really helped me as I am a very active 74 year old. I give her a five star rating for sure.

I highly recommend Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy. They are all very welcoming and are very serious about disinfecting and cleanliness. Kristen Hunlock is so knowledgeable and caring giving me so much information I can use for the future. The best physical therapist I have ever worked with.

I'm in physical therapy to rehab my post operative hip. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the door. I like them so much that I will be returning to the clinic to rehab my other hip after my next surgery.

Kristen, along with everyone who works at Ivy rehab is phenomenal. The therapists take rhe time and care to develop an individualized treatment plan that is specific to your needs. I am getting great care for my neck issues.
