When I first moved to the area, my trucks wheels all of a sudden seemed to be out of balance. I thought wheel weights had fallen off. They informed me it was mud from the dirt road I lived on and didn't charge me for my ignorance. I recently had them replace my AC compressor. They had it finished in a few hours after they opened. I was happily surprised.

They did my breaks a while back, the technician had put the break fluid cap on crooked, practically off the threads.
A coolant line cap was mysteriously loose/leaking like someone had loosened it.
A rusted panel under a passenger door looked like it had been kicked in.
Breaks are working though!

My experience was the absolute best. Kindness and compassion was shown to me today. It was raining, I was loaned a hoodie to go across the street while my spare was being installed on my van. Came back to job done and no charge. For real. Thank you.

We have 5 cars in our family, the oldest car being a 2005 Prius, 2010 Grand Caravan,2012 Camry, 2015 Malibu, 2017 Malibu. We care for our cars, and the awesome mechanics at Highway Auto help keep them reliable for everyday use.

Pleasantly surprised. Scheduled an appointment online but apparently it didn't make it to the front desk. No worries, gentlemen took my info and said they would call when it was ready. Just a few hours later, vehicle was ready and the price was quite reasonable. Very happy to support a local business when able.

We had been “taken for a ride” by countless auto repair garages in the Brighton area when we first moved here. Someone suggested Hiway Tire about 15 years ago, & it was one of the best tips we ever got. During the height of the pandemic, we couldn’t reach them, so we went to another local garage.
