Manager treated me like garbage, I walked in and requested a vehicle under fleet told me I needed to call after I told him last time I was here that I didn't have a reservation. Argued with me when I didn't mind calling to set up a reservation. Never come here. Ever.

I returned a vehicle that I had for the better part of 3 months...the holidays are always tuff I used the car to get to and from work and to transport Marijuana to and from for a little extra cash so I can get this game system my son wants for Xmas I promised him he'd get it if he's was good and got great grades ...he's strait A I'm so proud...quite a few nights the weed sat in the car overnight the lady said she'd charge me for smoking weed in the car I didn't argue I figured he'll how much could it be...I she took 600$ out of my account...that'sall I made transporting that's was my son's game system...thanks lady merry christmas...I'll never rent from hertz again...I feel so let down by a c ompany I've been nothing but faithful too jeeze man coulda made a payment plan with me...I'm totally u nderstanding but just wow...it's Christmas SMH this is crazy

Every time I've been to this location I've been met with the same rude man. After being told 2 different totals by 2 different people I was charged 35$ more than the website originally gave, for 3 gallons of gas despite being told to bring it back with what it had in it. The man checked the car before I left when I returned it and didn't mention the gas and gave me a total 26$ less than what I was charged. I chose to have my receipt emailed so I didnt know immediately and when you go to call the Iocation it's a recording that sends you to the website. I just got a fresh charge of 21$ for toll roads that I was only charged 11$in the past 2 years(same trip every year) Since I've never had any issue with any other hertz,I assume it's this location. The lady who checked me in was very nice and apologetic when my car wasn't ready because it hadn't been checked in from the previous rental.

Robin does an excellent job at running this facility despite being short-staffed. He makes sure he you are satisfied as a customer and is super knowledgeable. I had to use my insurance for this rental and he made everything so easy. I also spoke to a female whom I don’t remember her name but she was also very pleasant to work with. Overall very happy with this car rental facility and will happily use them again.

Great rental car place! Made my reservation online, and had no issues picking the car up, or dropping it off. Awesome guy that works there, really kind and helpful. Would and will rent a car here in the future!

Would give zero stars if I could.Called the store to cancel my reservation only to find out the store actually doesn’t manage reservations. Online reservation has resulted in $72 “no show” fee..I guess even after $168 million dollar lawsuit, hertz is finding new and creative ways to screw their customers.Stay away!

Got Jeep with bad tires. Had a leak in the sidewall. Had to take too 2 different shops. Hertz couldn't agree on the number of tires to replace after being told they need 4 new. Had 1 replaced the first day. Had to go back the next day to get the other 3 replaced. Wasted 2 days due to their neglect on maintenance. Will not use them again.

Horrible experience!! Picked up a car because my father passed away in Florida. Got car, warning light was on I cleared it...it showed for washer fluid...Took car home less than 10 miles...packed when I got in the car (1-2 hrs later) warning light back on washer fluid cleared it then I could see low tire pressure...showing passenger tire low I looked at it looked ok I went to gas station put in air...started my drive from Michigan to Florida! In Ohio 90 minutes later tire light back on stop check tire looks ok...called road side assistance...they refunded my Sirius radio that never came on...asked about tire maybe a bad sensor?? Still driving stop in another 90 minutes...warning light on check ALL tires...well not passage front it was driver front almost flat...the station I’m at air pump broken spend 40 minutes in an area I’m not familiar with looking for an air pump...finally get tire filled up and get back on expressway...90 minutes later tire pressure low again...I stopped every 90 minutes for 18 hours! All night! Then I’m in Atlanta in the early morning and it’s warm turn on the AC it doesn’t work...remember I’m heading to Florida so the last 8 hours of the trip I’m driving with the windows down on the expressway and sweating to death...called road side again they said I can drop car and pick up new one in Tampa that’s where I’m going...absolutely ridiculous!! So get to Tampa after stoping 10+ times all night long filling the tire cost me $2.50 every fill...sweating uncontrollably...scared the tire is going to blow out...so unsafe! I believe BRIGHTON hertz knew the car had issues and still sent it on the road not caring about my safety! When I returned the car in Tampa...I asked to speak to a manager so that they didn’t turn around and give some family this UNSAFE vehicle...the staff in Tampa was nice but unable to help me with a refund have to go through Brighton...called Brighton when office back open and are unwilling to compensate me in any way my husband called and the person on the phone was so RUDE...the manager in Tampa did tell me that Chevy cars always light on the passenger tire no matter which tire is low...good to know!!?Currently waiting to hear back from someone about a refund!! Such a horrible experience at a difficult time in my life! Will NEVER rent from HERTZ again and so disappointed in BRIGHTON office!

Be careful when renting cars.Depending on your contract the employees might not be able to help.
