Rented a large (10x20') storage unit here about a year ago from a distance, sight unseen. I was not disappointed. The facility itself is immaculate: clean, well organized and with a drive through center canal so all loading and unloading is protected from the elements. My unit was in great shape, with no issues and reasonably priced outside of AA. I rented a second smaller (10x10') unit a few months ago knowing I wouldn't be able to find a better unit for the price. Outside of the units themselves, I have to give a shout out to Brighid, who runs the show here. She was consistently reasonable, smart and able to handle any issue that came up, especially as I secured the first unit from 250 miles away on a tight moving schedule. She knows why people rent storage units and makes the entire process easy. Don't go anywhere else!

I rented a 10x10 storage unit, which I still have as I'm currently in the uk travelling. Since I rented my unit back in Jul/Aug 2022 when I put my house up for sale, rent has increased several times.Insurance was included in the price now its not so that's an additional $12 as I don't own a home anymore and can't use my homeowners policy to cover it.After a rent increase a couple of months ago, today I get an email saying my rent is now increasing AGAIN to $162 a month plus $12 Insurance.I am beyond disappointed. Yes the storage facility is lovely but I can't afford long term rental at these prices.Unfortunately as I have no plans to return anytime soon I am stuck paying these outrageous rates.I feel you get lured in by cheap deals then the rents keep getting raised. As a single senior woman now in a different country it's really hard to not feel taken advantage of.

This place is spotless from the office area to the storage areas to the bathrooms located within the storage facility. Access to enter the facility is great along with various carts to use during your move. The service over the last year was nothing but exceptional.Highly recommended!!

The facility is very clean and it worked well during the cold months to have this climate controlled storage unit available. I felt safe in the facility, as a code was needed to enter, and there is video surveillance 24/7. The front staff person was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Harte Storage.

These units are super nice! Very clean! They have carts you can use while loading/unloading. Heated, well lit. I would definitely store here again

If you are moving like me in the middle of winter, Harte storage is an excellent choice, being able to pull right into the building on a rainy cold day like today is a blessing. Bridget is very professional and will explain the process and show you around as if she takes pride in her job/ family business with an outgoing personality. I have had a 5star experience thus far! We were treated very well. Clean facilities. Very convenient drive through entrance / exit that even allows for tractor trailer rigs. Nice placePLEASE.... change the music you play.????
