I walked in on a Saturday morning. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They were pushy and down right inconsiderate. The one lady who was doing my pedicure was intentionally going very light on the massage. As a semi tickle ish person this was very irritating and she kept looking up to see if I was uncomfortable. Additionally, I got shellac for my pedicure. After she had botched my toe nails and skin around my toe she had painted on the shellac and threw them under the light. After the last coat of polish she then TRIMMED the edges of my nails. After one day the shellac polish was already PEELING off! Very dissatisfied with my experience and I will NEVER be back. WISH I COULD GET A REFUND.

I love Happy Nails! I have been getting dip acrylic with tips since last October and now these are my REAL nails (no tips added!). They are SO healthy and long since only getting dip. I love the quality of their dip application and the affordability. Everyone is so kind there. I just started getting designs and I absolutely adore what they can do. They are very skilled at copying designs and adapting to my specifications. I highly recommend them!!

Today's appointment was very nice. The staff were very professional and welcoming. It was a relaxing experience. And the wait was not long at all. My nails came out beautiful. I will definitely come back!

So happy with my results. Naomi is amazing. She will not disappoint. Already made my next appointment in two weeks!! Best decision I made coming to happy nails when I used to go to my nail spa in Brighton and the customer service was horrible! Naomi made me feel very welcome and talk to me the whole time I was getting my nails done! I found my new nail tech, and I am so happy with the outcome of my nails she did today!! ?
