This store and their warranty practices deserve a negative 5 review. I purchased a very expensive mattress with a mattress pad. Was sold a warranty with the mattress pad and now because I took the pad off to wash and found stains on the mattress, I am being told that because I washed the pad and it now has no stains to match the mattress stains that I must have not used the pad at all and therefore the warranty will not cover anything.

Never do business with G.W. Will not stand behind product Bought Sealy Hybrid mattress ($2,000) both sides are sinking where wife & I sleep. G.W says if has to be ay least 1 1.2 inches before they can do anything. Wake up every day with back ache. NO Star

I can't believe you charge a delivery fee then another 100.00 per item for you to carry into the home!! Absolutely pathetic!! I'd NEVER do business with these people!!My Aunt and Uncle barely afforded the furniture lat alone you trying to rip them off for more!!

The mattress experience was good. However when purchasing the box spring the sales man Keith said they wouldn’t be too high. It makes the bed as high as my husbands hip. We were never told about the box spring warranty. They will not exchange for the board. Spent a lot of money. Not good customer service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE THIS IS NOT A CLEARANCE ITEMThis is three years old and was replaced once. The same cushion keeps ripping and now another one has started. We ordered and paid for a cushion and were told it would take 8 weeks. We’ll time passes I call customer service they put me on hold and after 10 minutes disconnect me so I call back. DIFFERENT lady tells me 8 weeks doesn’t even check. A week later they call me and say they don’t have it and it’s NOT coming and there’s nothing they can do. See review at Warren store.

DO NOT SHOP HERE DO NOT USE JEFF OR ARRON AS YOUR SALES GUY They lie straight to your face. I sat in the store asked Jeff to write up this bed he turns on all the features then. Delivers the bed with NO features on it. Tells me it was out of my price range. YOU DONT KNOW my price range. I asked him five times before signing this does everything you are showing me he says yes. JEFF is ONLY out for your money as commission. Once he gets it he delivers something you DID not ask for and they DO NOT call you back at corporate. I have heard over 10 times I will call you back with NO call back. GO ANYWHERE but here!! I am STILL fighting to get what I originally wanted. This is the worst company I have worked with BE WARE STAY AWAY. If I can stay anyone else this headache I will be happy. This is total BS

Do not use this store. Not helpful. Nothing in stock. Delivery takes months and when you call to inquire they give you a random date and when the delivery still does not happen they just say supply issues or blame you for not paying for extra "special" delivery services.

You people have pi$$3d me off YET AGAIN!!!!!! BEEN WAITING 10 months for a f**king NIGHTSTAND, I could have learned how to build one by myself in all this time I've been waiting for it, and the craftsmanship would be FAR SUPERIOR no doubt!!!! I told you all I had to say on Google and Im exhausted to repeat it all, but if you're curious, go check it out, you useless, emotionally-stunted, ignorant, money-hungry turds!!!! And if you think you are a layaway clerk you're somehow BETTER than me and your other customers???? Im sorry you're mama lied to you!!! But bless your Mama's lying heart!

Customer service is non existent. I was told I would get my furniture over a month ago, then again 2 weeks ago. I don't get contacted until the day I expect the delivery through email telling me that it will be another 2 weeks. When I reach out to them they don't respond. I was promised several times that I would get a call from my sales person but that still has not happened (over a week on first promise). I texted them, I called them, I emailed them. Little to no response on all of these methods. I can understand a delay, I cannot understand the lack of customer service.

I wouldn't reccomend buying anything from any Gardner White. After waiting almost 2 months for my furniture, the delivery people were sexist and tube, only spoke to my bf, got their truck stuck in my yard, fought and cussed at each other, never apologized to me. After telling us their tow truck would take 5 to 6 hours to arrive and it was 8pm, my neighbor pulled the truck out of my yard. No one ever called to apologize. When I got a hold of someone 2 days later, I was told someone else would call me in 4 or 5 business days...that person called me on a Saturday morning and the number, when I called back, no one answered and it has no voicemail set up. We were told GW will reimburse for the damages to the yard but no one ever explained how we would do that. It's been 2 weeks and I spoke to a person today who says....wait for it....so.eone will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Every number I can find for this place has no human answering the call and the voicemail puts you in a loop of no destination unless you want to set up a delivery date. I also found out today that you have 7 days to return items, which is a week late at this point. But they made sure to bill me before the furniture even arrived and their store credit card that I was kinda coerced into using will no longer be accepted after 10 31 21

I need a new couch, and despite my loathing for the awful TV commercials that yell their way onto my screen, I found one I liked at GW. The price was reasonable. I also needed to dispose of the old couch. However, as the deal was wrapping up, the salesman informed me that I had a choice of having the delivery crew drop it off in the driveway, or I could pay an additional $150 for them to bring it in the house. On top of that, they would haul away the old couch for another $100. Very angry at this turn, I said I'll get it into my house and take the old one to the curb by myself. So, while this scam of an outfit touts reasonable prices for their furniture, BEWARE THE DELIVERY FEES. I avoided $250 in surprise costs. I advise you to do the same. I will never do business with them again.

We placed an order mid January for a sectional, ottoman and end tables. We were told delays due to COVID were no longer an issue and we should have our furniture mid to end of February. March 1st we still haven't herd from them so we called and we're told rudely that our dates were moved to mid March. Well it's April 2nd and we still don't have our furniture. Don't believe there sales staff on delivery
