I don’t belong to this bank, but stopped in to break a large bill. I know it’s not standard practice to serve people who aren’t your customers, but I was in a pinch and this bank really helped me out! Kindness goes a long way!

I've never had an issue at the Brighton Mi branch. The Associates are knowledgeable and helpful.

I went today to open some accounts and was assisted by a banker named Liz. She was fantastic, very friendly extremely knowledgeable and just provided a high quality experience. I highly recommend her and this branch!
