After 10 years of working with them, I had to cut my small business with them. As usual, when they start getting bigger, they lose customer support and loyalty.It's petty, just for a $15.85.

I ordered two magnetic posters for $80+ on October 5 for a parade on Oct 12th. The order had an estimated date of receipt of Oct 11th at max. I contacted the vendor early Oct 11th to get an ETA because I couldn't access the tracking number and didn't get any status notifications on delivery. The vendor rep told me that they sent my items out on time but that it wouldn't make it on Oct 11th and in fact was scheduled to arrive on Oct 14th, three days later. I don't need posters on Oct 14th and would have no further use for them after Oct 12th. To say that I was upset and disappointed was an understatement. The rep was very polite; however, that didn't fix my issue or keep me from spending extra money and wasting additional time. They offered a small % refund that amounted to approx $17 and wasn't really worth it. The vendor should not provide delivery dates that are unattainable and should monitor delivery dates to reduce the number of complaints and provide updated ETAs when the estimated timelines fall short. I relied on these dates and had to re-route at the last minute and take off work. So very displeased with my services. If you are in a time crunch and need something by a certain date, unless you order several weeks in advance, don't use this vendor because it may not make it in time.

I accidentally hit approved on a proof and immediately called and emailed to stop production and this was after hours. They never stopped it and it went out. I had to reorder and pay full price with no help from them for reimbursement. Contact was made within 24 hours like they ask in Banner Baron's Goof Proof Guarantee but they didn't stand by it! I ordered two truck magnets and they fell off on the highway after 4 weeks of limited use. I contacted customer support and they only offered 20% off because I couldn't provide photographic proof of the product defect (silly, as I couldn't find where they fell off) and it was over 30 days from time of purchase (by one week).

Ordered custom write/erase boards which we are very happy with. The initial shipment was an incorrect item and eSigns worked very diligently to correct the problem. We received our correct item and are very happy with the results. It's great to deal with a company that has great customer service. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

A nightmare on a simple, single-item order! Excellent response time but the verbal messages left were not understandable and were unnecessarily overly complicated. Then, they ended up charging me for 2 and tried to tell me I placed 2 orders!!! These people lack significant communication abilities, both on the phone and in their online ordering.

We love our signs! We ordered a custom backdrop and a retractable sign with a stand and they both came in perfect condition. We've already used them both at an expo to promote our business. We will definitely be ordering from eSigns again!

Signs are good, but currently ordering is a nightmare. Multiple calls, disconnects and incomplete information/invoice on an identical reorder. Their frontline admin staff couldn't make a simple repeat order over several days.

eSigns has an easy-to-use design interface and they have a very fast turnaround, including shipping. I got my order in just a few days. I used their 12" circular static window clings to make decorative "doilies" for my glass pastry platter. They were inexpensive and look fabulous! They came out exactly as I envisioned.

They show 2 different colors on different devices when selecting. I ordered BLUE and it came purple. They wont change it a day after when the job hasn't even started. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'm a repeat customer of eSigns. They consistently meet my expectations at a reasonable price. There was a mix up this order and my proof was delayed but they upgraded my shipping to make sure our Grasshopper XSign was delivered well before my event date. I'll be back for sure!

Great company!!I have purchased several signs from them over the past and signs have looked great and held up in weather.I will purchase from them again because of the customer support, value, and material used for the signs.I like they way they let you load your own artwork to print on vinyl banners.Keep up the good work esigns.I will be purchasing from them again when new signs are needed.
