“The Tech was very polite and informative about the repair process and timing. The tech later called and explained the status and when to expect completion of the process and availability of pickup. Also I have to mention I watched him interact with another customer that was irate about the process and interrogated the tech. The tech handled himself extremely professional and with grace. I wanted to give the Tech recognition for that interaction. I'm sure that situation is too common with no fault of the Tech or Business.”
