“I live and work within proximity to several Kohl's stores but this is the one I frequent most. The store is always tidy and well stocked. I do miss the price check kiosk but you can usually give what you need in their app. I'm general their clothing and shoes run on the price end but you can always find a deal or coupon.... I never pay full price.”
“This location has a clean interior with friendly staff. There were plenty of bathing suits to choose from for my entire family and great graphic tees. Welcomed us into the store upon entry and quick at the checkout. The bathrooms were adequate.”
“I had such a great customer service experience with every Target employee I encountered in Target Brighton today, that I wanted to share. You know when you are in a hurry and you end up making your life harder? I needed to grab something in a hurry. The woman at customer service pointed me in the right direction. I hurried off without getting a cart , but of course my item was too heavy tor me to carry! Silas to the rescue! He was clearly busy, but he immediately helped me bring my heavy item to checkout.
