My husband and I went to D & D specifically for a taller child's bike with training wheels for our very tall 5 yo granddaughter. We took the advice of the salesperson on which bike to get. We were told "no problem" on them being able to put training wheels on the bike when it arrives in 6 weeks. Six weeks came and went and no bike. Twelve weeks later, the bike came in, but we were told the bike couldn't be fitted with training wheels after all because of the design. "SORRY" was the manager's only response. Near $400 spent for a bike my granddaughter won't be able to ride. I'm sorry we trusted D & D.

Excellent customer service. I used instant message service to ask a question regarding use of gift cards online. I immediately got a response at 8:30 pm and someone helped me with my order. Took my gift card information and issued a payment for remainder due. All over text message!
