I have taken my cars to Don and Ryan at Cox Enterprises for many years... deer hits, car accidents, and general wear and tear scrapes and scratches... they always give a fair quote and return my car better than new at an incredibly fast turn-around rate. I send all of my friends and family there as well. We continue to get excellent service and highly recommend them. Took my car in to get an estimate 3 months ago. I've made multiple calls to find out when I can get my car repaired, and nothing, he doesn't even return my calls. If you're not going to do the work at least have the balls to say so.I do NOT recommend Cox Enterprises Ltd, go somewhere else.It's a shame, this place is going downhill.

I can't get a return phone call regarding services I scheduled. I have my estimates, turned into Ins Co, Ins Co sent them a large check to proceed with repairs... still waiting on Cox to return my calls...??? I question WHAT they did with the check/$$....as NO services have been rendered and, they don't return my calls. IS THIS FRAUD?? ...The Ins company is being notified. I want the check!! ...I, wont do business with them at this point.

The subsidiary Manheim has employees that are rude and disrespectful. They took my vehicle while I was in the hospital and when I paid the amount requested, they have refused to give me my vehicle for 5 days and now they won't let me have it until tomorrow. The whole company from the top is crooked. Do not do business with these people. They might mess over an individual that is ill and hospitalized, but they will pretend to be your best friend and then stab you in the back for fun.
