I was going to buy a car and they have been lying to my face and are not willing to work with me. They said over the phone they can negotiate, but then told me they couldn't. Awful service and a bunch of liars.

After browsing online I found this location offered to buy vehicles, I entered my information and received an instant offer of $5,450. Sweet, I setup an appointment to discuss it, but I was mistaken. The instant offer doesn’t apply, after going back and forth with an employee who insisted I could only receive $4,000 I accept, I sign my title. Then he speaks to his manager again. The manager clarified the $4,000 offer is for a trade in value. What a joke.

The Auto Service team is not the best if you brought the car from the dealership expecting them to take care of your car needs I would look some where else. First and foremost I was told that the shop opened at 6:30am so of course I got there at 6:30am and had to wait to be told I had to pay 165 for a diagnosis test. After telling them exactly what I wanted and needed fix according to my diagnosis test from autozone of course that wasn’t enough! So after 3hours of waiting Micheal explained everything that was wrong assuming I came to fix everything I explained that I just wanted the ambient sensor fixed and I understood his concern but I just want to get the sensor replaced but instead they gave me a paper saying I declined service, when I actually asked to just have the ambient sensor replaced! Was going to charge me 850 for the ambient sensor and panel. On top of that the employee Michael said he was going to order the part well that was December 28th. Because it wasn’t written on my final paper work I reached out to the manager Ali and was told that it would come that following Wednesday or Thursday never heard back from them.. Got a call about the service I received when I told the guy I never received a call to get serviced he just kind of said ok and never followed up. I’m just confused as to how I could’ve got my car fixed the same day turned into two weeks still no call! Just inconsiderate, a waste of time and money.

Besides getting us approved for a car that we thought was out of our reach. They haven’t been much of a help. My heat wasn’t working in my brand new car and they told me that they are waiting for the part to come In. So I took my car to Tuffys and they told me the radiator was broke. How in the world did the dealership not know that? Tuffys got my car fixed and heat working and the people who sold me the car lied to me and couldn’t fix it. Go here if you really want a car. You’ll probably get it! But after care for your car sucks! Also, it’s been one year and they haven’t even called me back. Or given me any updates.

Their service team was awesome! I drove 2 hours to go to this dealership, and I'd do it again. I struggled with finding a dealership willing to do the work since my car was under warranty, but they took the time and care to replace a whole multi air intake system and get my car back up and running in just a few days. Jimm kept in contact and updated me throughout the entire process. 10/10 recommended to anyone who is looking for quality service!

Avoid taking your car here for service at all cost. I took my car in to have my headlamps upgraded to LED lamps. They charged me $100 to change the bulbs. When I picked it up I noticed a "low beam out" warning light. When I told them about it they responded that when you upgrade to LED you have to add resistors or you will get a warning. When I asked why they didn't tell me that they replied, "we should have". However they still charged me $165 to install the resistors. When I picked it up the second time the warning light was still on and now my high beams didn't work at all. When I called again, they said that it was working when they tested it so I must have broken it. They did take a same day appointment to fix it (again) but they charged me another $300 to put the original (non LED) bulbs back on. So in total they charged me over $500 to end up with the original bulbs I had in the first place. This whole thing could have been easily handled if they would have just explained the resistor issue up front and fixed it right the first time. I will not take my car to this dealership for service unless I have no other choice.

I had to bring my hybrid Pacifica in here after the check engine light came on during a road trip. They had me back on the road very quickly with a hard to source hybrid part replaced, and a recall taken care of to boot. Very impressed.

I purchased a used car and within 3 weeks it broke down and has more wrong with it than it’s worth. Majority of the issues are things that were wrong with it for a while apparently and were not disclosed to me prior to purchase. I was ignored multiple times by the salesman that assisted me. After i did get a response via email, i was told they could not assist in any repairs, and could not offer an even trade in for a vehicle that actually runs as it’s meant to. I am devastated. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, and am unbelievably heartbroken at how much this (supposed to be amazing thing) has now taken such a toll on my life
