We found an amazing deal on a Jeep Wrangler. Our sales person Caleb was great. He worked through the numbers with us. Drives a Jeep and understands Jeep culture. He was patient when our schedule for pick-up went sideways. If you are buying a new car, be sure to ask for Caleb. Highly recommended. Fantastic car buying experience.

My wife and I were helping our son buy a car. It's an older sports car with low miles and in decent condition. My wife called ahead and asked if there's anything extra we needed or needed to do if we bought the car because we're driving from out of state and it's almost 4hrs one way. The lady on the phone said no. My wife asked if it's negotiable pricing and the lady on the phone said absolutely. So we made the drive. When we got there we had a completely different sales person than who my wife talked to and he immediately said that the price is not negotiable, andhe doesn'tknowwhyanyonewouldhavetoldmy wife that. We were close to leaving at that point but figured we should at least test drive it he fell in love and everyone agreed that it was still an ok price, so we went ahead with starting the paperwork, however it turns out that our sales guy was also consecutively working on two or three other customer's test drives and paperwork too. So after we were there for two and a half hours and kept getting put on the back burner, he came and told us that even though we were putting $10k down on a $17k car because we're from out of state and the car is a bit older we are not going to be able to finance the rest of the money. Now if you remember in the beginning of this story my wife already brought up that we're from out of state, and she said everything would be fine we don't need anything else. The sales guy even suggested that we should get a personal loan (which are as high of interest or more as a credit card) and then drive back up the 4hrs again to purchase the car. We spent 8hrs driving and almost a full 3hrs there just to be told something about it over the phone and save a trip. The sales guy actually told us that it is common for people from out of state to not be able to get financing for cars over 10 years old eventhoughwehave credit in the 800s. He also told us in the beginning that they only go through Chrysler financial, yet my wife and son had about 7 different hits on their credit from different banks they tried. I felt like they were so hard up to get a sale they didn't care if they put us out to do it. Very unprofessional!

What an amazing experience. All of the employees did an amazing job. Brad started it off with his excellent customer service, followed by Jason, and Michelle, and they did a wonderful surprising my wife with her first Range Rover. I will definitely come back for another purchase.

Recently bought my first car at Champion Auto Group in Brighton, MI. I had a great experience thanks to Curtis, my salesperson! He was very welcoming, friendly, and reassuring with my purchase. Car shopping prior had been very stressful and overwhelming, but I have to give kudos where it's kudos is due! I appreciate the positive attitude Curtis had and his efficiency with all of my needs and questions. 5/5, will revisit in due time for my next car.

Brad Howell is the man to go, when looking for a pre owned vehicle. We came in not knowing if we would walk out with a vehicle. We did, and it was my dream vehicle.
