“I've unfortunately had bad luck at a few car rental businesses in Livingston county. My car was in the shop for repairs and I had a rental reserved I arrived to an empty locked building. I called the number it directed me to and their only solution was a car too far away outside of the time frame I needed. My partner sent me to Conely Auto Sales to ask about a rental. With only minutes before they closed I was in a rental car. They were extremely kind, professional and quick. It was the best rental experience I've had. The car was brand new and was perfect for my purpose. Returning the car was very easy too. The price was great. I would highly recommend.”

“The team here will work hard to get you what you need for your trip AND they will make things right if you experience any problems with your rental. We had a significant problem at the start of our rental, but I appreciate the way their team hustled to come up with a solution. They communicated clearly throughout the process and followed up at the end of our trip to make it right. Accountability and good customer service goes a long way in my book! We'll be back the next time we need to rent a vehicle.”

“Robin does an excellent job at running this facility despite being short-staffed. He makes sure he you are satisfied as a customer and is super knowledgeable. I had to use my insurance for this rental and he made everything so easy. I also spoke to a female whom I don’t remember her name but she was also very pleasant to work with. Overall very happy with this car rental facility and will happily use them again.”

“My wife returned her car this morning, and the associate asked her if I was her husband, stating that had left a 1 star review.
I did not leave a 1 star review. I left a 4 star review. There is no problem with services received. If you feel that was inaccurate, you should have responded here rather than confronting my wife.

Regardless, the rating remains 4.”

“Expensive. When I returned it play close at 6:00. And then I mean 6:00. I arrived at 6:07 there was a man inside washing a car and the door to the garage was open. Before I could get out of the vehicle the door was closed and locked the man did not approach me speak to me or anything. And turn that cost me an extra day of car rental. That tells me these folks are Crooks. I rented a 12 passenger van. And I had a great time it ran very well was really good on gas. It was a Transit 350”
