Jerry is kind and caring intelligent thank youJasmine does a great job our room was perfect and so was Jasmine, kind, respectful, very good at her job.The hotel is clean very clean, there is constant upkeep, cleaning, I was so happy to see everyone and everything going so well, not just for myself but for the staff.The kitchen was well equipped absolutely perfect.How many reviews can we write like this!!!!!

I previously had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood Suites in Brighton for my project from August to the end of October, and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere that made my stay memorable.Customer Service:The staff at Candlewood Suites in Brighton sets a new standard for hospitality. They were professional and genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcome. A special shoutout goes to the front desk team for their prompt and courteous assistance. Thank you to Sam and (Mankowic) I'm not sure if this is how you spell his name, but it always checked me out leaving during my stay.Comfortable Accommodations:The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail in the room's layout and amenities was impressive. The fully equipped kitchenette was a pleasant surprise, providing the convenience of a home away from home.Amenities:The hotel's amenities are top-notch. The fitness center was well-maintained, and the on-site convenience store proved a lifesaver. The accessible laundry facilities were a bonus for those on an extended stay.Location:Candlewood Suites in Brighton is conveniently located, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The central location makes it a perfect choice whether you're in town for business or leisure.COVID-19 Safety Measures:I appreciated the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and guest safety during these uncertain times. The woman at the desk was very unprofessional to an extreme. I have never in 62 years experience somebody so rude ever dealing with public. This woman claim to be acting manager, however, there is absolutely no way that she could fulfill that position. I am a business owner and I would be bankrupt. If I had somebody like her working for me she was absolutely A very disgusting person. I think she was having a power struggle with herself. I would never ever go back to that establishment again. I would’ve left that day. If I would’ve got my money back, there’s a matter fact, she told us to go find a different hotel, three different times however, I wouldn’t get my money back, I cannot believe they would keep her at the front desk.I immediately had a call into corporate, and they will be calling me back Monday morning. At that point she told me I would not be welcome back in that establishment ever again! Imagine that she did not want me to call corporate. It’s time if they at least train who’s ever at the front desk and had them look a little more cleanly than the girl did. She also wouldn’t give us her name, but when I told her it would show on the receipt she got got mad again, and told us to go somewhere else

Overall very disrespectful! None of the staff are on the same page as management! Never clean your room when asked. I got told rooms can only be cleaned once a week! Had my dog and they went in the room and closed my window leaving her in a super hot room! Will NEVER book thru there company again!

I was in town to attend a funeral. Most of my family stayed at another local hotel that was more expensive. Their experience was horrible. I can not say the same for this hotel. Our room was clean. I somehow messed up booking a single queen bedroom for a party of 3. It all worked out in the end. I talked to the general manager after our stay to discover the mix-up was on me and not the hotel. He was considerate and gave me extra member points just because! I appreciate companies who go beyond to deliver great customer care and service....even when the customer is 'wrong'!

I stayed here for a month, very nice staff that are always there to assist you, after a month I have no complaints, the rooms are very clean, no problem with parking and it’s in a great location, there’s 5-7 fast food joints with in a 3 min drive. Overall 10/10

I liked Candlewood Suites for the most part. However, my mom asked to reserve a room with 2 beds and was told they didn't have rooms with 2 beds, only one bed per room. Also, my dog is a certified service dog and I need him due to Meineres Disease which causes hearing loss, vertigo, etc. I had to answer a battery of questions when making the reservations by more than one staff person prior to stay. The owner was kind enough to waive the pet fees due to the fact that it's against the law to charge pet fees for a service dog albeit an exhausting process. I waited to post a review in fear of being charged a pet fee after the fact because I see many reviews where this has happened. About only being permitted to choose one bed...we had to take turns sleeping in the recliner chair because the bed wasn't big enough for 2 adults. The person who checked us in didn't explain anything to us at all even though we told her it was our first time there. Although , we did go over the owner's approval of no pet fees for my service dog thoroughly at check in. I pray that there's no retaliation for my honest review. Others who staffed the desk at other times and all of housekeeping were awesome! Pool was really nice and relaxing! Free laundry is a plus if you're staying for multiple days. Little store was well stocked and lobby is luxurious. Rooms were very clean. Location is prime. Grounds are in immaculate shape. I'd recommend staying there if you have more than one person and can get 2 beds. Also, if you don't need the assistance of a service dog...they make it too difficult to stay here without being interrogated about your disability, which is a shame. Shout out to Hailee in Housekeeping who is the reason for the 4th star on this review. Without her kindness and going above and beyond this would be a 3 Star review due to only one bed for 2 people and the time and worry spent over my disability and assisted certified service dog.Nearby activities: Downtown Brighton. Checked into this hotel that was rated as pet friendly for a one night stay priced at $68. After checking in, I was notified that the front desk had forgotten to have me sign the pet policy. Upon review of the document, I saw that they would be charging $75 for the pet fee - more than the price of the room! When I told the desk Clark that this was unacceptable, she encouraged me to lie and say my pet is a service dog. I shared that I would not do this and was told that she called her manager, Michael Roberts, and that I would be charged the fee, or must vacate the property - despite the fact that they had already checked me in without disclosing this. On hold for a long while with their corporate office, eventually disconnected. Customer service was absolutely terrible from the front desk to the manager to the home office.
