Went here to help my mother buy a car. After we asked for the final numbers they said they would let us know by the end of the day. Had the car picked out and everything. After several hours of not hearing from the sales manager I text him and asked what was going on and after bantering back and forth he finally admitted that he sold the car out from underneath us! If you're looking for a new car do NOT trust this dealer!!!! There's several others in the area that are more trustworthy and willing to take your money.

The service department at Brighton Serra is amazing. Jade and Tristan are incredible with communication. I am kept up to date on all service needs as well as timing to complete them through text. I am not car savvy, but the team at Serra takes care to explain with video what recommendations they have to keep my car running great. Not high pressure...they totally respect my decision to follow or not follow their recommendations. And as an added benefit, the waiting room has great coffee. I highly recommend the service department for your Mazda's needs.

Service department is top notch. Jade and Tristan will make sure you are taken care of. Same great service as when it was Brighton Mazda. Sales is a scam of a disaster. Read the reviews and believe them. We had to report them to corporate for an attempt to sell us an extended warranty based on the premise that Mazda only has a 12 month warranty on electronics in the vehicle. This is called making money off the backend of the sale. Serra Mazda is not the same as Brighton Mazda. Car purchase now takes dealing with three people and about 4 hours. We bought two CDs-9s in 2017 and both purchases took about 30 minutes. Buying a cx-30 in 2021 was horribly excruciating and if my husband didn't love the car we would have, and probably should have, walked out.

Horrible dealership!! Made an appointment to get my vehicle appraised and test drive a new car. Drove 1.5 hours only to find out they decided to close on a normal business day. No communication to let me know or reschedule the appointment. Please take your business elsewhere!

Service department is very good and has been helpful to us since about 2014. Sales experiences were great until Serra took over. BEWARE of the hard sell extended warranty as they will lie to get you to purchase one. Do not purchase one until you have confirmed with the service department and Mazda corporate that what you are being told is true. Mazda does not warranty electronics in a new vehicle for only one year. The way the costs are calculated and presented are also very sketchy. I suggest buying elsewhere and having service done here. My husband loves the car at least!

Please never buy a vehicle here!!!! I bought my car in July 2020. First, the man child who sold me the car never filed my paperwork, which caused a lot of follow up for me between them and Bank of America for my loan. I had a "we owe you" agreement with the service department because the car came with a ding they said they would fix, which took multiple calls and eventually me just showing up in person to get them to fix it because no one would call me back and handle it. But here is the worst part...I purchased a service agreement that supposedly covered multiple things, including oil changes and tire rotations for 6 years/100,000 miles. When I showed up to get that done, they had no record of me having the package I was supposedly sold. They shared with me that the man who sold me the package (Virgil Garcia) had been fired for scamming people, and that what he actually sold me covered none of the things he told me it covered, and they said they would "make it right." And then I never heard back from them. When I went in for my next oil change, I tried to get it handled AGAIN and they apologized no one had ever gotten back to me, and let me cancel the BS package I had purchased. But they prorated it for the year I had it even though I didn't use it and they had dragged their feet on helping me. The finance specialist Tyler said yet again that he would make it right and call me to offer me a few years of oil changes to make up the money they cost me, and then of course I never heard from them again. I'm so sick of calling them and being told lies and never getting the help I'm promised, so I've pretty much given up at this point and still lost about $400. So long story short, don't ever go to this dealership! Even when they blatantly admit that their employee scammed you, they won't do anything about it. The constant revolving door of managers also goes to show how horrible this business is. The only kind and helpful person I encountered is the newer service manager Jade. She tried to help and showed sympathy even though she wasn't the one with any power to help. But everyone else was the worst.

If you want the best possible service at Brighton Mazda, see Jade Stone. She fights hard for her guests to be treated fairly. I would recommend her every time to friends and family. Truly remarkable!!!

We purchased a new Mazda late last summer because we wanted to use the discount available through our Sam's Club membership. What a mistake! The car was not ready when promised, not once, but THREE times. And on the third time, they knew that the car would not arrive in time, and they didn't even call us. We drove about 50 miles to find out. They mucked-up the payoff on our trade in, resulting in bank fees after I cancelled our auto-payments. The memory card was never installed in the nav system rendering it unusable, and the license plate was hanging on by a thread because they attempted to install it with a self-tapping screw rather than the factory threaded screws. I was happily surprised when someone in the service department told me that he would be near our house the next day, and he offered to stop by. I rearranged my schedule to be here when it was convenient for him. No show, no call. Another day wasted. Love the car, though.

I would give less than 1 star if there was an option. I picked up my MX5 on 13 March thinking it was the most pleasant auto purchase I ever experienced. It has since turned into a nightmare. As of 15 April I still didn't have the paper work to license my Mazda. All I have received are promises and excuses. It is now 16 April and it took a call to the general manager to get things moving. I am wondering how much longer it would have taken without getting the GM involved? All in all it took 33 days to get the paper work to register and license my car in Ohio. I purchased my first car in 1972 and have purchased many since. I told the GM this was the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a car.

Came here looking at a 2013 used vehicle this dealership had. Firstly, it doesn't take 2 hours to run someone's credit and secondly, there was absolutely no need to run my husbands credit 7 TIMES. 2 times alone were just the dealership itself which I can see on my husbands credit report. Then once my husband walked out after waiting so long, someone ran out to tell us it'd be a ridiculous amount per month. We had already been approved through carvana and our bank so we went with that and are paying more than $100 less per month than what the dealership gave us (with warranty and gap coverage included) and even got a newer vehicle! We're now being harassed by all the people they sent my husbands credit to and he wasn't even told it was being ran that many times! If he had known he would've walked out after the first time. The salesman, Darryl, also acted as if my husband was an inconvenience when wanting to inspect the vehicle. Carvana and our bank only ran it once and we were approved after 5 minutes for much better vehicles so I'm glad we did not do business here!

Just wanted to give Serra Mazda a positive review for the great experience I had this week with my 2015 Mazda CX-5. I purchased the vehicle used at another dealership (not a Mazda dealership) with an extended warranty and needed service. When I dropped it off, I was greeted by Jade, who was very friendly and helpful. She was unsure of the timeframe so I was offered a loaner vehicle until the work was finished. My daughters CX-5 drives better than ever after their work and I had a better experience than I have at dealerships where I have actually purchased a car! I will be looking for a new vehicle shortly and they are definitely on my short list.
