If you would like to be ripped off and poor customer service this is the place for you. Not only do they make things very difficult they will charge the account of deceased family members and tell you to go through the courts to get it canceled. Go to progressive or geico and actually get decent insurance. Was trapped in Detroit and could not get toad side assistance with this company either. I had to leave a message and never received a call back.

They took forever getting me an insurance quote while other agency’s got it to me within a few minutes. They also were very rude when my wife called to cancel our insurance.
