My family and I will never do business with Brighton Ford again. New Car Sales Manager Jade Orlich was rude and condescending. When pressed to break down important sales figures so I could understand how he determined residual value, he actually said, "Listen, I've told you over 10 times..." His defensiveness when questioned was revealed when I shopped at Pat Milliken Ford. When it comes to Brighton Ford, A-plan is not A-plan. The price and residual value computation are not universal. Brighton Ford and Jade Orlich will pad the bill and will scam you. Pat Milliken Ford leased me a truck with a sticker price $2000 more with a lease payment $60 a month less. Never do business with Brighton Ford and Jade Orlich. And it is apparent they are not moved by negative reviews.

Body shop took over one month to complete one week's worth of repair. I called for status twice only to be told that they were on hold because 1) forgot to order a part and 2) waiting on paint. They scheduled the drop off date so they can't use the excuse that they were too busy. And they quoted the work and inspected the vehicle before drop off so they can't use the excuse that they didn't know what parts and paint to order. Do NOT recommend.

Would leave 0 star if possible tried getting a hold of Brian three different times and apparently he don't know how to work a phone. They also were treating an elderly customer poorly while I was in there basically as if he was a burden. Wry disappointing they told me it would be three weeks and it's been two months.

I have a right to work on my own truck! While warrant is approved I want to do the work myself. Work is 100% covered if they do the work, but was charged FULL RETAIL price for parts - Over $1,200. Service manager refused any discount because she couldn't get the labor hours. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK ON MY OWN TRUCK AND YOU CAN NOT DENY WARRANTY COVERAGE.

The staff that I have shopped with and now work with is so friendly! Everyone has a great attitude and are so attentive to you and your familys needs . I would not go anywhere else and get this kind of customer service.

We had an appointment and they called to make sure we were coming 3 times. Maybe you should have bothered calling to say you sold the car ren minutes before our appointment?? I had cash in hand for you, good job on being rude about it Froy (also what kind of name is froy???)

Purchased my vehicle here and have brought it in several times to the service department for oil changes, tire rotation, etc. Made an appointment today, pulled in and got out of my car - no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence, so I went inside. When I went to the counter inside the service area, I was told I had to check in with one of the guys outside. Apparently the three guys sitting around staring at their phones! I made an appointment for 1:00, and then was told that they "close at 3 today" but would "try to get to it today" WHAT?! Will definitely be finding another location for maintenance services.

They said me a lease pull ahead email that says they can pull me out of my 150 lease and put me in another new 150 for about 50 bucks less a month. Two weeks later, they send me another email telling me they can lower my payment over a 100 dollars!!! Sure. I say I'm interested. No call back. I send another reply, the lady sets up an appointment over the phone. He's 25 mins late calling and I'm on another call for work. He calls the following afternoon and tells me he can trade me out of my lease (due up in May) and save me what they indicated in the email. I go in. They're at just about or more a month than I'm paying now. Just a waste of time. I guess I should have known better but Dominique sounded sincere. He pushed me off to another sales person and nothing. If you have friends in the car biz, deal with them... gotta go through my Rolodex and look for friends in the biz...

I made an appointment and when I got there, no one knew about my appointment. But Michael was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on what I was going for. The manager Brad and Tareck was awesome, very helpful on the paperwork. I have some people who are interested in getting a vehicle. The whole staff was friendly, help each other. You have to go there. Also Kyle who looked at my vehicle was great and helped me and my husband understand what was going on with our car. Thank you all for the best service.

Terrible service department. Took our expedition there 2 times in a matter of 4 weeks and they never fixed it. Tried to blame it on us , saying we rushed them. 1st time they had the car over a week. 2nd time 4 days. Also claimed nothing that needed to be fixed was covered under warranty- however most of it was.

Jeff Johnston did a great job helping me go over options and made it very easy to switch to ford. If you need to lease or buy a new vehicle Jeff is your guy!
