This is the worst dealership I've been to. They cheated me on a used vehicle. Less than 60 days after i bought it, started misfiring. I took it back to them and they assured me it was fixed. 2 months later, it happened again, i took it to the Cadillac dealer. They did over $4,000.00 worth of work, including major tune-up. My vehicle is still misfiring and Mark told me there is nothing they can do. Don't buy a used car from here at all. They will lie to get your money. I will be going on every platform to inform people and I'm going to get this place investigated. Many people have had similar problems. ?

The Auto Service team is not the best if you brought the car from the dealership expecting them to take care of your car needs I would look some where else. First and foremost I was told that the shop opened at 6:30am so of course I got there at 6:30am and had to wait to be told I had to pay 165 for a diagnosis test. After telling them exactly what I wanted and needed fix according to my diagnosis test from autozone of course that wasn’t enough! So after 3hours of waiting Micheal explained everything that was wrong assuming I came to fix everything I explained that I just wanted the ambient sensor fixed and I understood his concern but I just want to get the sensor replaced but instead they gave me a paper saying I declined service, when I actually asked to just have the ambient sensor replaced! Was going to charge me 850 for the ambient sensor and panel. On top of that the employee Michael said he was going to order the part well that was December 28th. Because it wasn’t written on my final paper work I reached out to the manager Ali and was told that it would come that following Wednesday or Thursday never heard back from them.. Got a call about the service I received when I told the guy I never received a call to get serviced he just kind of said ok and never followed up. I’m just confused as to how I could’ve got my car fixed the same day turned into two weeks still no call! Just inconsiderate, a waste of time and money.

After browsing online I found this location offered to buy vehicles, I entered my information and received an instant offer of $5,450. Sweet, I setup an appointment to discuss it, but I was mistaken. The instant offer doesn’t apply, after going back and forth with an employee who insisted I could only receive $4,000 I accept, I sign my title. Then he speaks to his manager again. The manager clarified the $4,000 offer is for a trade in value. What a joke.

Their service team was awesome! I drove 2 hours to go to this dealership, and I'd do it again. I struggled with finding a dealership willing to do the work since my car was under warranty, but they took the time and care to replace a whole multi air intake system and get my car back up and running in just a few days. Jimm kept in contact and updated me throughout the entire process. 10/10 recommended to anyone who is looking for quality service!

We never talked about price so I understand that some of that is on us but we brought in a kit for a remote start and had then install it. It was over $500 which I didn't know until it was already installed. Found out that at other places it would have been around 150. I am not sure why it was so expensive when we already had the kit. Then they never installed the new hood latch, didn't tell us why and didn't give the new one back. It wasn't until the next day when they reached out to see if we were happy that they told us why it wasn't installed. Idk it all left a bad taste in my mouth for this place. I won't be back simply for the price though. It cost me more to have my remote start installed then it didn't to buy the kit for it, something about that seems wrong to me

10/10 experience working with David Wade for my husband and I’s first lease experience. Before visiting the dealership, David followed up quickly & provided us some initial options. Once we went in, he spent over 3 hours with us helping us to not only find the best vehicle for us but also the best deal. He listened, asked the right questions to understand what was important to us, was incredibly patient (we had our 3 year old in tow) & made the process fun. I have to also mention that Mike, the sales manager was also great to work with too. He too met with us to explain options and worked with David to get us the best deal. They never made us feel rushed even as we were there until they literally locked the doors for the night. They located the perfect truck for us & it was ready to be picked up the next day. Pick up and paperwork was seamless. The finance manager Delano was great and explained the details of our lease with us and was able to help us lock in an awesome extra coverage package. We are so happy with our new Ram and had the best dealership experience we’ve had working with Champion Chrysler in Brighton!

The last year I've been on the sickly side. Not collecting short-term disability from my job. As a result, my credit took a deep dive.Darius K. worked hard to get me approved! He was excellent, kind and upfront. He helped me drive away in an excellent vehicle!! I thought I had to get a lemon and he made sure I drove away in a 2020 with 21,000 miles. I'm one happy chica!! Thanks, Darius Kirk ?

Want a safe and reliable car for your teen driver? Do NOT come here! Was quoted a price that was $1100 more than sticker. That was to REPAIR the car to make it “right” before it left the lot. I had to pay for repairs before ever owing the car?? Never have done this before, so, I asked if I could take it to my mechanic and was told they have their own mechanic on site. Do not trust a dealer who tells you that you cannot take it to your own mechanic for a pre purchase inspection!! When they delivered the car it was leaking oil. Sent it back. Said it was fixed. It was not or at least what was done was a band aid fix. 3 months later and pouring oil! My poor child has to back and forth from school to work and doctor appointments with a quart of oil in the trunk as a reserve!! Now, a few months later, was informed the control arms were so worn that they went through the frame of the car! But, it was “right” when it went through an all points inspection before it left the lot? 2 weeks after that, ignition coils went bad bc the same oil gasket they were supposed to have fixed from the start, has been continuously leaking on the ignition coil causing it to go bad. So sorry.. As/Is. Reputation is paramount!! We are a military family and not from this state/area. Just hoping I can ensure someone else doesn’t get the same treatment. This car has now cost us over $6k in repairs in less than 6 months after paying more for the car “to make it right.” I bargained that down and so I think they did just the bare minimum due to this. Run! Go elsewhere!! You’ll be better off and may need the practice when you’re purchase won’t do the same!

Do NOT buy a pre-owned car from Champion Chrysler of Brighton. We bought a used car for $7,000 only a month ago, and have since needed to pay over $5,000 in repairs! It was too old for a warranty, but we were assured it had been thoroughly inspected by their mechanics and was safe. Either they lied or their mechanics are incompetent, because the brakes, battery, seat belt, mount, transmission line, and more were all bad. (And covering up poor brakes by slapping newer pads on top does not make it okay!) I will never do business here again. Stay away!

I could say so much, but you want a nice short and sweet review dear reader so I'll try.Suffice to say that I kept having issues with tire pressure after buying a car here, when the issue finally got addressed properly the procedure of cleaning and resealing all 4 wheels apparently took them 4 and a half hours. When I got the car back, I drove it home (literally 2 minutes from the dealership) and parked it for the night. The next day I noticed that the rear bumper was cracked, the reflector was broken, and there was a decent sized dent in the body above the other damage. It looked as if the car was backed into something like a trailer hitch, or that something was backed into it. I then also realized that when I got the car back, it has been backed into the spot for me to retrieve (which conveniently hid the damage) while the other customer cars around mine were not backed in.I contacted the service manager Shawn about this incident and asked him to pull video footage to verify the incident happened there. He promised he would call me back that day. 3 days later he called me to tell me he had no info yet but asked me to bring the car in. Odd he'd want to look over the car if he didn't see anything in the footage, but fine. I brought the car in and he said he was waiting for higher quality footage to arrive that very day and he would call me within 24 hours. He did not, so I left a message. He never returned the call. Over the next month I called no less than 3 times a week to leave messages for him to call me, and he has yet to ever do so.Seems obvious to me they damaged my car, saw footage proving it, and don't want to cover their own screw up. This is the most unprofessional dealership experience I've ever had, and honestly that's saying something. Now I'm stuck with the bill to fix my car that they damaged, and have nothing I can do about it but hope my story steers people away from dealing with these absolute weasels. Go to Champion Howell if you want service, they've done right by me and my other vehicle for a few years now, but avoid this steaming pile at all costs.

Caleb was my rep and gave me the ? service I’ve ever seen for a used ? . He ensured my car was safety inspected and had a windshield, 2 wipers, and both air filters replaced before I picked up. He picked me up from work and drove 1 hour one way to do it so that I could sign and drive ? He had it detailed and fully gassed up but the porter must have only put half a tank in so Caleb insisted on giving me $20 out of his wallet because he made that promise to me. What an amazing young man! He knew I had an hour ride back home so he served me coffee too. I’m speechless and impressed. I truly hope Champion acknowledges him going above and beyond and fast tracks his career!Jammie and Delano were the finance managers that quickly got me approved and out the door. Be aware they charge a $260 doc fee + $1200 in reconditioning fees (car was received with a warning light on dash for headlight bulb so not sure how throughly it was reconditioned) and failed to mention this until I was about to sign. They owned the miscommunication and deducting $289. The car was priced extremely fair so I accepted this unpleasant surprise but they are really friendly people working hard to earn a living and keep clients happy!

If you're looking to get a car you need to go to Champion CJDR and talk to Kayla Ferguson! She was a pleasure to work with, responded in a very timely manner and helped me get into the car I wanted! The entire process was super smooth and she kept me updated every step of the way. Best dealership experience I've ever had. I can't recommend Kayla and Champion CJDR enough! Thank you Kayla for all your help!

I'm in the market for a truck. They have 2 that i like. Glad I came to see the reviews. I'm leaving this one just so they know they are losing money because reviews do help people and they do help dealers. In this case is helping them lose 1 truck sale.
