Bought a 2016 Ram Power Wagon with approx..44,000 miles on it.
At 54,000 miles I have to replace the transmission for around $5500.00.
Their service guys only reaction was " bummer".....DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!

Tom at the body shop is top of the industry. First, he took great care of my Jeep. Second, he took great care of me. The Champion body shop fixed everything correct, the first time. He offered to have his porters drop off my car, 45 min away, and it was a huge help. His team’s service is outstanding and much appreciated.

A month ago they sold me a broken car. The engine and transmission were damaged and they didn't tell me. They are very bad people, starting with the manager who didn't want to pay for a diagnosis. At the end of the day, they didn't fix it for me. They are a low-quality dealer.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a really weird problem and they figured it out .
They dropped me off at work and picked me up when it was done. They were fast, courteous and professional. Hannah was my service associate and she was great!

Never have I ever dealt with a company that really cared for their customers. Mr. Kurtis Moore and I met over the phone months ago. Our talks originally involved me turning in my Jeep Renegade. Unfortunately that vehicle was in an accident and totaled. You would think he would have given up on me. No, Mr. Moore kept in contact with me and talked me through the process. I was finally able to pick up my 24 Jeep compass on 8-10-24. I love it. I appreciate everything Mr. Moore did for me. 5 out of 5 isn’t enough. He surely deserves a 10t. Way to go champion Chrysler for employing such dedicated staff.

I have waited over 3 months for a simple question to a finance refund issue that should have been resolved in one day. The team rarely answers the phone, and when they do, they have no answers. They indicate that they will check with the accounting department, but no resolution is ever made. Beyond frustrating.

The service department is a breath of fresh air- the cashier is calm and pleasant, the service reps are chill and so far haven't tried telling me that things are required. I'm in and out for oil or filter changes pretty rapidly, they look into any sorts of recalls, and don't bat an eye when I say "No" to a service.

Went in for an oil change. Got quoted $493. To replace the burnt out license plate lights! You only need a small screwdriver to remove and new leds are 16 dollars on the internet. Price gouging at its finest… update: after researching the problem, the wiring harness needs to be replaced. A $200 dollar part. Great engineering/ part quality by Chrysler. My 1st and last Chrysler product.

Edit: it's been about 6 months now, several things have gone wrong with this jeep even after posting this review. Now the most recent is transmission range sensor keeps going on and off dash. Battery light came on today and is idling super rough, I just don't feel safe in this car at all!! I have to take my car in once again since late November. Which service here takes forever so it's just a miserable situation. Never ever had a car with this many problems!
Wish I could give 0 stars. I've had my 2017 jeep compass for less than 5 months, only one oil change performed and it's had at least 5 mechanical issues since buying in December. It's such a hassle dealing with all of the problems. They act like the several warranties save you from worry... It's super unfortunate we made this purchase thinking it was a good car with lots of new and inspected parts. Just save yourself the hassle and don't buy from here!

Hannah was very helpful in providing a rapid response to a vehicle issue, even though it was late in the day. Very pleased the item was resolved same day!..........UPDATE: Unfortunately, their service has not maintained strong standards. Twice, I've made a Saturday appointment for work to only be told that the appointment was to drop-it-off, and the vehicle would be looked at on Monday or Tuesday. Then why would I make an appointment weeks in advance? It's obvious they they do not honor scheduled service times. As I told Jim, the service advisor, this is unacceptable!

Connor provided awesome communication about service details including quick replies to my text messages. Air conditioning was fixed and now makes ice cubes! Car was washed when I picked it up and no-waiting shuttle service was also provided at no cost. Great service!
