The guys here at Brighton auto have always taken great care of me whenever I have brought my crown Vic in for service. An if there were ever any issues or problems, Dennis would contact me right away and solve the issue. Would highly recommend sending anyone with vehicle needs to them for a trusted repair.

These guys are great! Fast, free and, detailed diagnosis with photos and severity ratings. They helped stay within my budget and even fixed an annoying squealing noise at no extra cost to me! I WILL be coming back for more car troubles!

STAY AWAY!!!! Ladies BEWARE!! My car was stalling out so I took it here and Brandon did a diagnostic test on the car and told me the timing chain needed to be replaced and would cost me $2000. I explained to him that I had had cancer and wasn’t working and didn’t have that kind of money to which he replied. It might be around $1500 I wouldn’t know until I get into the car and it could be more than $2000. I had a feeling I was being hustled so I told him I didn’t have that kind of money (which I don’t) and I drove the car home and started googling and found that all local auto parts stores do diagnostic test for free so I took the car to AutoZone where they also did a diagnostic test which showed that the solenoids needed to be replaced So I watched a video on how to replace them and with a family members discount it cost me $90 and two hours of my time including going back-and-forth to the auto parts store. DISHONEST and NO COMPASSION. Only hope that it comes back on them 100 fold in their hour of need.

FYI - don't make an appointment because it means nothing. I made an appointment, several days in advance, to look at it first thing. Got a text at 4:00 saying they were just getting to it. They were not able to find the cause of the issue. Not sure if it's new ownership or what because they used to be great. Time to find a new mechanic

Kyle, and the team at Brighton Auto really helped me out when my exhaust had fallen off. They even dropped me off at work and picked me up to come get my car. If you need any preventive or emergency work done. I would highly recommend them!

I’m extremely pleased with my recent visit to Brighton Auto Service . Brandon went out of his way to explain my car repair issues and save me a few hundred dollars. He printing several diagrams to help me understand what was going to be done to repair my car. He was honest and easy to talk to. He researched my car battery problem and was able to get a replacement battery for practically nothing. I was also offered a loaner car while my car was being repaired and given a 3 year warranty for all the work that was done. I highly recommend Brighton Auto Service! Thank you Brandon for all your hard work !

Brandon, Dennis and the team have always treated us well. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely timely. With me being someone who is not a real car "expert", To say the least, they take their time to give me all of the information and allow me to decide what to take care of. That being said, I appreciate their compassionate nudging to complete important service needs. 5 stars for sure!
