I have only lived in MI for about 3 years. When I moved here during Covid 19 I searched for a good auto mechanic and found Eric's business and was really impressed with the reviews he got and especially the service received from Matt whenever I called and needed work done. This is an excellent shop! Last time I was in for a routine oil change and safety check, Eric told me we have to get my parking brake fixed for safety! Today I picked it up and could not be happier. The local dealer is not competitive and doesn't seem to care anywhere near as much as Brighton Auto Repair. All the staff here are very knowledgeable and customer focused. I'll be a long time customer!

I had a skid plate come loose on my Ford Escape in Friday afternoon traffic last week on I-96 when headed to our cottage 2+ hours away. It had doubled back on itself and I pulled off at Spencer Rd to investigate what to do and whether I could continue on my trip, it wasn't looking like a good afternoon. The day turned around when I pulled into Brighton Auto Repair. Despite having all lifts full Matt immediately came out and inspected the problem, then cut away a section of the damaged skid panel, and assured me no further damage had been done, I was back on the road 10 minutes later. Many thanks for the immediate, excellent service!

THESE GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE! My car was a problem child; it's been in practically every shop around Brighton/Howell. After weeks of being told "We're not sure", or "We'll need more time", I had my car towed to Brighton Auto Repair instead. I couldn't be happier; their diagnosis was spot on and the repair was timely. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and treated me like I've been friends with them for years!
I'm so pleased; they're now my go to.
