Excellent service from arranging storage unit reservation to arrival at the office with Kevin. Not being very familiar with this side of town, I got lost coming to set up final arrangements. Kevin was extremely helpful & understanding? Calming me down with his kind mannerisms. Moving is very stressful! National Storage was an excellent choice & very close to our new home!

Kevin is the best! Always enjoy stopping in to pay the rent and chat.
National storage needs to go away and the owner needs to take over again. My rate has gone up over 20 percent in less than a year, every few months there's another increase.

Kevin has been amazing! When my mother passed I needed help finding more than one storage unit - he was very understanding and helpful! I enjoy seeing him when I drop off my monthly payment! Shawn was also a big help to me when I finally emptied one of the units with my mouther's thing (which was emotional) but he made it easy! Big thank you to Kevin as well as Shawn!

Staff are super nice. Clean place and would definitely recommend friends and family. If ever I need a storage unit again this is where I would go.

Kevin, the office manager, is very helpful and has been in good communications. As for the storage units, they are in good condition and the facility is clean. But, the facility is not secure. The main gate is always open from early morning to 10 pm which allows anyone to wander in. I questioned why the gate isn't secure and it is because the entrance is too short for a trailer to clear Grand River when stopped to enter a code. If I had valuable items, I wouldn't use this place.
