“The buying experience here was good. The actual service performed in the vehicle when service was needed was also good. Both were not exceptional.
What was exceptional was the customer support of the service department. In particular several advisors and a manager, with one service advisor who stood out.
Carissa provided excellent customer care during my service visit. She listened and noted a concern or two about my vehicle’s maintenance issues. She really excelled when I needed to return twice after completion of service as a result of two items the service tech did not accomplish. She handled both the reinstall of the 3M door handle protectors, and resetting the maintenance interval reminders.
She should be commended for her thorough action, genuine demeanor and respect for the customer. She provided exceptional service recovery and helped balance my negative opinion of the actual service work performed.”
“The team here is nice and honest. I was getting warning messages on the dash of my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The anti lock brakes, cruise control, and stabillitrak weren't working. Brought it in and was told there would be a diagnostic fee then we'd go from there. They did pull some initial fault codes but the warnings/faults went away and didn't come back. They returned my vehicle and didn't charge me anything. Suggesting I bring it in again if the issue returns. They could easily have charged me but didn't. I'm definitely coming back when my vehicle needs any type of service!”
“When I first moved to the area, my trucks wheels all of a sudden seemed to be out of balance. I thought wheel weights had fallen off. They informed me it was mud from the dirt road I lived on and didn't charge me for my ignorance. I recently had them replace my AC compressor. They had it finished in a few hours after they opened. I was happily surprised.”
“Best auto shop around for everything! I talked to them Friday evening driving home, my car was overheating....again. They said they could look at it Monday morning. I dropped it off Sunday afternoon (drop box FTW!), and by 11AM Monday I had a full estimate and diagnosis. They had it fixed and I picked it up Tuesday afternoon! “Cannot recommend Carnell Collision more honestly! They're a small family owned shop, the owner Chris was upfront about pricing, turn around time and made sure to give me updates throughout the entire repair process. The quality of parts he was able to secure was top notch along with the required paint work.
Having to deal with insurance after a collision is stressful enough, and I was extremely grateful for Chris' work and how easy he made the repair process. Most of all my truck looks absolutely brand new!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! I scheduled a windshield replacement and called to cancel due to the fact I could not find someone to pick myself and 2 kids up. Danny was amazing and offered a loaner car for free. Once we got there to drop off my car and make my claim, my 2 little kids (4 & 7) sat down, and they so kindly changed the channel from an auto show to cartoons for them. Once we were done and I was trying to install car seat in the loaner car, several of the guys came out and helped me find the latches and get them installed. As a mom of 2 little kids, I cannot express how helpful they were!! I will be forever a customer and will recommend them to anyone!!”

“I recently purchased a used car, and was happy that I could bring the vehicle to Auto Lab for an evaluation. It was thorougly tested, and I was given its report. A few months later, I brought in the vehicle for service. The initial report of the car mentioned that replacement of the spark plugs would be needed in a few thousand miles, and I decided to take the car in for the sparkplug replacement sooner, and had it done now rather than later. Very happy with the service from Auto Lab.”

“I manage a large fleet of utility vehicles in Michigan. While we're really a customer of Premier Aerial, they've treated us more like business partners. What that means for us is that sometimes they go more than the extra mile to get us the support we need to get our work done. In some cases that has meant stocking large amounts of costly inventory to keep us up and running when COVID shut down logistics and manufacturing channels that had been reliable. Jeff was able to leverage his contacts and get the supplies to keep us connected during this time.
Also, during inspection season, they get our repairs done quickly prioritizing critical equipment down repairs first and looking for different ways to get us up and running.
Premier has also handled some special projects for us over the years expanding their typical service offerings to meet our needs at the time.
It's also a good sense of reliability when we get to work with the same people over the course of the fifteen years I've been doing this. Jeff, Aimee, Chris and Tucker have consistently taken care of our needs in a way that demonstrates the business partnership we've enjoyed over the years.”

I am a young female adult so it is a little difficult getting everything correct and how I need it but they were very patient and happy to answer any and all questions I had.
