“The buying experience here was good. The actual service performed in the vehicle when service was needed was also good. Both were not exceptional.
What was exceptional was the customer support of the service department. In particular several advisors and a manager, with one service advisor who stood out.
Carissa provided excellent customer care during my service visit. She listened and noted a concern or two about my vehicle’s maintenance issues. She really excelled when I needed to return twice after completion of service as a result of two items the service tech did not accomplish. She handled both the reinstall of the 3M door handle protectors, and resetting the maintenance interval reminders.
She should be commended for her thorough action, genuine demeanor and respect for the customer. She provided exceptional service recovery and helped balance my negative opinion of the actual service work performed.”
