Stem Cell Therapy for the hip was extremely painful, useless, had zero improvement! Don't waste your money. On top of the fact that it's expensive and you are told that all costs are paid upfront, then you get an additional anesthesia bill for more thousands!!! I called and I was told that it was included and the bill was sent in error, later i received the same bill, I called and the person picking up the call said that the anesthesia was not included... seems that right hand doesn't know what left is doing and the patient gets overcharged! Six months ago, eventually I was told that their are no additional anesthesia bills... then 6 months pass and I think the issue is at rest, and once again I get the three thousand plus dollar bill for anesthesia. Not only did the procedure have zero positive effect, I end up paying way more than initially told. Don't waste your time and money here, this is what I advise.

What an amazing experience (even though the whole situation was horrible) under the care of Dr. Mihalich. He answered ALL of our questions thoroughly and we NEVER felt rushed in asking them. Today I received a “personal” card (who does that?) where he wished me well and that my plates/screws should feel more stable. UNBELIEVABLE! If anyone needs an orthopedic surgeon, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mihalich AND AOS.

I can’t thank both the receptionist staff and doctors enough. I had a workplace injury and they have been the most patient and helpful I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this place enough, they took my pain and concerns seriously. Also I was squeezed in fairly quickly and had an appointment within a day. This place is worth the wait. I feel better knowing I am in capable hands that care, with some of the best bed side manners I’ve ever received! Thank you Matthew Caid DO, and attending staff!

After years of u of m telling me not to fix my labrum tears in my hips with EDS I decided to come here. Best decision ever! One surgery down and one to go and I’m already so much better. The surgery hip is 100% better and I can stand on it alone! Thanks Dr Farjo and PT staff!Side note: I noticed a lot of people complaining about wait times. Sometimes I have waited 30 minutes, sometimes not at all. To see any good skilled specialist with good bed side manner, you might wait but it’s worth it when it comes to the best cutting you open!

I was seen by Dr. Mihalich and his wonderfully gentle PA. I had a lovely experience. I was presented with a diagnosis and options for treatment. Both Dr. Mihalich and the PA were friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to answer my questions thoroughly. With that said, i hope to never have to go back to that place. The waiting room and office staff are much too clean and friendly for me. But i mostly don’t want to go back there because i think they fixed my issues; I’ll be back in a heartbeat if anything else pops up though.

I had an accident that caused me to tear my labrum in both of my shoulders. I did some research and decided to work with Dr Farjo based on several local references that he was the one you want. I'm so pleased that I found this practice. They are very professional from the front office to everyone at the clinic and Dr Farjo did a great job on both of my shoulders. It is quite a process to get your shoulders back to normal so you better pick the right team to work with. I am also very impressed with the Physical Therapy side that is run by Michael Hoorn. I was just telling someone I was on a 10 day vacation in paradise and I found myself missing my PT with Mike, Gino and Brian. That is because they truly care about you getting better from your surgery and also make it fun in the process. In fact, you will lament that your Physical Therapy is coming to an end. If you are unlucky enough to need surgery, make sure to improve your luck and choose to work with Advanced Orthopedic Specialists!

I had my right knee replaced March 2023. They made me feel comfortable about the whole process. They followed up with me on all the steps of the process. Getting my left knee replaced on Jan 8th, 2024.Thank you to Dr. Caid and all the associates in the office.

I was very pleased with my visit. Only a 5 minute wait, and I was in for xrays, a few physical tests, and another 5 minute wait to see Dr Farjo. Within 45 minute of arriving, I had a diagnosis and a plan. Dr Farjo fixed my hip 9 years ago as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Dr. Caid and staff were far above my expectations! Surgery (full knee replacement) complete success. I went back to work in 8 weeks as a tradesman. Did not need the 12 weeks. Follow all guidance in booklets to the tee and work through the post surgery healing and you will have it in the bag! Just understand that you are not the ONLY PERSON in the world that is going through this. Schedules will get full in fall due to the deductibles expiring and the staff get slammed with schedule changes and availability to Dr’s days in office locations…Pack patience through out this process and the results will be much easier overall. Jill (Dr.Caids in office scheduler for surgeries and follow ups) she is very good at her job and is very patient. Dr. Caid I can’t say enough good things about! Do not let his young looks fool you as to his relative experience in replacement surgery. He uses all the latest techniques and procedures and his closing stitches on my knee are barely noticeable….true story as I was thinking mine would look like some of the past surgery outcomes from family and friends that have had replacement surgery in the past….

I am 55 and had my left shoulder surgery done by Dr. Farjo in August. For that I had my rotator cuff and labrum tears fixed with anchors and bone spurs removed. I also used AOS for all of my physical therapy after the surgery. The staff at AOS are second to none and my surgery and rehab went so well that I went back on December 1st and had my right shoulder surgery done. With that I only had a labrum repair (anchor again) and bone spurs removed. My apprehension of getting surgery was very minimal for the 2nd one...mainly because this team REALLY knows what they are doing. I am looking forward to 2024 with two sholders that don't keep me up at night with pain. Highly recommended.

Have been treated very well by Dr.Farjo, his associates and all of his staff. All were kind, personable, professional, helpful and provided needed information and support. Treatment for my injury was done professionally and quickly. Dr. Fargo explained treatment thoroughly and answered all questions patiently. Did a great job making me comfortable and relieving pain and concerns. The support staff are knowledgeable, kind, patient and quickly put me at ease. Dr. Fargo has treated several of my children for sports related injuries as well as my wife and myself in the past. All treatment was professional and care was excellent. Very pleased with Dr. Fargo and his professional and office staff during the 25+ years he has helped me and my family. Would recommend him highly.
