I recently bought/ financed a reliable used vehicle and the process was very smooth. The sales staff were very helpful and truthful. Not pushy at all. I don’t have best credit they were straight forward and helped us get into a Cadillac.Alisha our saleswoman helped us the whole way, she was very quick and responsive with any questions. She also printed out the car history so we can have an idea of what was being sold. Every detail she thought about. Treated us like we were buying a new vehicle. (Thank you so much)Jeff the finance manager was very honest with all the paperwork by explaining everything in detail so that we could understand. He also went above and beyond to explain how to better our credit with payments10/10 would recommend this dealer.

I drove 3.5 hours to trade in my vehicle for one they had on the lot. It was worth the drive. I dealt with Dennis, and he was very helpful and kind. He even gave me his personal phone number, and even answered my phone call on his day off work. Very happy with my experience here!

Don't try to get service from them. They don't return phone calls. Then make up excuses and still don't return phone calls. Bad. Discourteous. Disappointing. Hardly no communication. Don't go here. Terrible customer service. My son's water pump went out and our normal service place said we should call a dealership. This is the closest to us. Both him and my husband called and left messages with the service department Monday. No call back. Infact still no call back. The only response anyone got was when I messaged these people here on Facebook asking if the service department is even still operating. I was told yes. When explaining that we never got a return call after calling on Monday, I was told they were short handed on Monday and Tuesday. Well I messaged on Wednesday. They never replied again until I said I would leave a bad review. Then I was told that the manager has my name and has been made aware. Made aware of what ? A bad review ? The service department not doing their job ? Well it's the next Monday and guess what- no call. I will actively try to convince others to not come here. It is unbelievable how terrible their customer service and communication is. Oh wait, I did just get a message to call the service manager, like I am going to try to call and have to leave a message never to hear back.

Tyler, my service writer was Amazing. Got me in and out within 30 minutes without an appointment. I have managed BMW dealerships for over 25 years... Tyler would be my 1st hire for his top notch customer service. The rest of the dealership.... not so impressed.

The staff was awesome. I thought my appointment was at 9am but it was scheduled at 9:30. The gentleman working the service desk politely made sure my jeep could be serviced at 9 am and everything worked out lovely.I felt bad I screwed up the time but the staff graciously helped me out.Thanks again

I was in Michigan on vacation and stopped in to see a truck they had. I’ve been looking for this exact truck. Text drive it and took it home with me! None of that sales pressure that I’m used to in Indiana. Easy to work with, I’ll make the 3 hour drive to buy there again!!

Patrick was very helpful scheduling my "check engine" light appointment. I was called in the morning on the next business day after my initial dropoff and given the details of what needed to be repaired and the price. He then said it would probably be another 3 to 5 days to get the parts and finish the work. Patrick ended up calling me back about 6 hours later to say they located the parts and the car was repaired and ready for pickup. We were thrilled especially since we only have 1 vehicle. Every staff member I spoke to was kind, patient and friendly. Thank you!

I had a great experience ordering a 2023 Ford Maverick from Jon Weber at Siemans. We are not a "new car" family, the last new car was purchased in December of 1997! The Ford Maverick is a particularly interesting truck to buy these days. I ordered in September and didn't take delivery until July. But I knew that going in and Siemans was up front and honest about the entire process, kept me informed along the way. There was never any pressure to do anything other than exactly what I wanted. We have had our Maverick for almost a month now, love it! Looking forward to maintaining it with Siemans support for a long while!

While attempting to purchase a $70,000 vehicle the salesman wrote the following in an email, in BOLD: "Just Know This vehicle does not move 1 inch until that Check Clears and if that takes 2-weeks, then it takes 2-weeks, No Exceptions."I had not pressured the sale to go any faster than the dealership was comfortable with and never asked for it to be rushed. Regardless, the salesman felt that was the way to tell me they'd need to wait for a cashier's check from my credit union (Genisys) to clear. I understand being careful with the money, I am too, but the messaging was not what I expect when making this kind of purchase.I was an out-of-town buyer, but my previous communications had specifically asked if the dealer would need to wait any amount of time after my personal wire was received. I had earlier suggested arranging a pickup 7 days after this communication, but also offered that if I had wishful thinking on timing a date nearly 3 weeks out would work, and that could have slid if needed. I just did not understand the harshness. I was not in a rush.His next follow-up email was to inform me to "Go ahead and wire your ... [down payment], that will also 'Hold' the Truck, until the rest of the funding is complete."No thanks. I've been putting off my truck purchase for years to be frugal, I can wait until I find another somewhere else.

Best car buying experience!I ordered a new truck. When it arrived, Dan gave me all the info I needed and answered my questions. The price was even better than expected and I was in and out with the truck in 45 minutes. Everything was no pressure and there wasn't any "game playing" that some other dealers have a reputation for.

Dan was very nice to deal with. We were sort of debating about a truck, then another guy came in and was interested. The owner kept extending the time for the other guy who wasn’t even saying yes. I was ready on a Wednesday/Thursday and I finally was able to purchase on a Monday. It was a smooth process once they got back to me. Recommendation: say yes asap or they’ll be delayed in getting back to you even if you have all your ducks in a row.
