My husband and I have been using H&R Block for yrs. We usually have Dawn ad our tax pro, however there was an issue and she wasn't able to prepare our taxes this year. No biggie, we trust the service.
Today we received a check from HR block for 508 bucks. Of course I called not understanding why. I was put on hold while being transferred to a tax specialist to answer my question and ( this happened 3 or 4 times ) disconnected each time so I called back. Jennifer was the tax specialist I was dealing with. No we weren't disconnected she just hung up on mea each time because she was busy. Okkkk don't know why someone couldn't tell me that?? Great customer service .
I stopped at the office because I thought there was an issue with the phones, this is when I found out she was basically hanging up on me. Jennifer was short and rude towards me. She really couldn't answer my questions and wasn't willing to help me find out what was going on, mind you paid them over 400 bucks to file for us.
Extremely disappointed with the service today or should I say lack of. Please remember people that customers and faithful customers especially are the ones that help you get a pay check. Try to be helpful and treat others with some respect.

Susan was responsive to messages, helpful to questions, and extremely knowledgeable about my taxes that, to be honest, I was a few years behind. I was confident my return was being handled appropriately and truly appreciate Susan's time to walk me through each return with patience. She even helped me correct an accidental oversight from my employer's HR taxes end of things. Thank you and see you next year.

This year was easy peasy. I reqired help with last years (2019) H&R Block was usless 2 me. "We can see you filed in March last year. I don't know why they didn't process it till October. I know its March of 2021, actually, thats only 5 months after. But I dont know why you haven't gotten it yet... You still might. Ijust dont know." WOW WHAT A SERVICE.
