I'm going to say that Brandon was the most amazing man very nice and helpful he went above and beyond what he had to do and we need more people like him out there we are so thankful for his help and I recommend great lakes towing 100 percent he is a great guy and that's the bottom line thank you very much you will always be in our hearts

I need to give a shout out to Kevin, who just saved the day. I am taking my daughter up to Kalamazoo for a biopsy after being diagnosed with breast cancer. We are to head out first thing in the morning but when I returned home tonight and turned my car off, the fan kept running and drained my battery. After googling the problem and reaching out to friends and not coming up with a solution, I called Great Lakes and Towing and talked to Kevin. He came by and diagnosed the problem and told me what I needed to fix the car. Turns out it's an inexpensive fix. When I asked what I owed him he said nothing, and he was glad to help me get my daughter to her appointment. In this day and age it is so refreshing to meet someone like him. Great Company!

I got stuck in a snow drift in an extremely inaccessible location. Brandon made multiple trips to get the right equipment and got me out while charging me significantly less than the competition. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Kevin on the Recobery of our Limosuie Bus that had Unfortunately broken down in the Buccannan, MI Area, in the Middle of Wine country and out in the back roads area. Brandon and Kevin were both extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the stressful situation a much earlier situation to deal with. They brought our vehicle back to North West Indiana promptly and in perfect condition. They were fair on all aspects of pricing and even gave us the lower end of the Estimate they were expecting. Bottom line. This is a Phenomenal recovery business. Honest, trustworthy, and Again a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work gentlemen. I commend you for the way you run your business.
