“Stopped for a small bag of ice. They had an issue where the freezer containing the small bags was frozen closed. Not one, but two employees helped me try and get it figured out. They were unable to get the freezer open and gave me a large bag for the small price. That's what I call service. Find a reasonable solution that solves the problem and takes care of the customer. All set for my trip!”
