My daughter was passing nearby and got into an accident. Cassidy's was the only automotive-related place open to render an informal "driveability" opinion when I couldn't see the vehicle for myself. As she drove into the parking lot, the team greeted her outside despite the sub-freezing 12°F temperature, 10 minutes prior to closing, and were able to counsel her to seek a mechanic since something was visibly awry. While you shouldn't lay assessment responsibilities on an establishment that isn't labeled to do so, I'd heartily recommend the friendly and professional team that goes above and beyond the call of duty to help a young motorist in distress. If their dedication to service in their area of expertise is anything like their willingness to assist out of their wheelhouse, you can be assured you're in good hands. Thanks Cassidy's!

It’s right down the block from my grandmas spot. We’ve been coming here as far as I can remember growing up and whenever I’m visiting I’m sure to get my oil changed here. Never any issues and kind quick reliable service.
