Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The smell was so bad i was gagging. Doesnt seem like they ever clean the bathroom.

Stopped at this gas station on the way to Chicago. The bathrooms are repulsive. The sinks are broken, smells horrible, pee on the floor and so filthy. Clearly had not been swept, mopped or toilets cleaned in weeks, maybe months.
I complained and the attendant said that she just “hadn’t got to it yet.” She hadn’t got to it ever. This means she doesn’t wash her hands after using the bathroom. Gross!

Unfortunately the pumps were dirty and I probably should have just pulled over and went to the restaurant and the grass because the bathrooms are so disgusting

Stopped for a small bag of ice. They had an issue where the freezer containing the small bags was frozen closed. Not one, but two employees helped me try and get it figured out. They were unable to get the freezer open and gave me a large bag for the small price. That's what I call service. Find a reasonable solution that solves the problem and takes care of the customer. All set for my trip!

I had an excellent experience at this location, which is the best I have visited so far. An employee named Misty went above and beyond to assist me in locating a specific bottle of Crown Royal. She also provided me with information regarding its price. As a frequent traveler, I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service she provided. I will certainly recommend this stop over any other along I-94.

Can’t use BP Rewards with phone number. Need a card. Can’t get a card inside, has to be mailed. Woman at counter clueless. Left, drove 3 miles down the road where I could use Rewards. Less about money, more about principle. Fix your pumps!
