A note of appreciation not only for such a positive shopping experience, but the amount of excellent customer service that went into making everything right after our dress unfortunately arrived damaged from the manufacturer. Completely not Viper's fault and yet they still went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. They could've not said anything about the imperfections and let us drive home none the wiser until prom day, but instead inspected the dress thoroughly from the start and treated us with honesty and respect. Thank you for being so honest and trustworthy!

The workers are very nice, and give you compliments on every dress you try on. They are very understanding, and are always willing to help you no matter your preference! This is the dress I ended up loving and getting!
