I’m going to miss Rite Aide. I stopped here to shop so I didn’t have to drive to the other side of town. I’m going to miss the employees. All said hello when I entered the store. When I checked out I was always asked if I found what I wanted, if I hadn’t I was also told where to look. I’m going to miss the great service I received.

VERY RUDE. I will not be going back there. I tried to do a split payment he refused to listen to me when I repeated over an over there was money on my cards. He kept telling me I had no money on any of the cards, so I told him I'll pay for one of the medications an it went through! So he obviously doesn't know how to do split payment and he snatched the medicine up and told me to come back when I actually had money. Unprofessional, and not patient at all!

Very unprofessional place. A foreign man was refusing to take his time to listen closely what was being said, we try to do a split payment for medication he kept trying to say there was no money on my card. We tried saying there was money on it there was 7$. He snatched up the medicine and said come back when you actually have money. Went outside called oh look 7$ was on my card went in and only paid for one bottle since the rude, unprofessional, impatient, pharmacist couldn’t understand plain English. This was my first encounter and I guess it was a wrong decision to switch from state st. Kroger to this pharmacy to be more convenient for me. Sorry for the harsh review but at the same time that pharmacist isn’t a bit sorry for his unprofessionalism!

Pharmacist is rude. If your script isn't available they don't inform you of this till you make a second call to see if your script is ready for pick up. I will not be doing business with them anymore.

The older male pharmacist is one of the most rudest individual that my wife & I have ever I countered, we just recently moved here & are not going to be treated with disrespect just because when asked if our prescriptions were ready he replied NO! very sternly & then before my wife could ask him another question an out them he just simply hangs up the phone on her with out asking her if she has any other questions or saying goodbye at least. This isn’t the first encounter with this particular rude individual, when picking up our prescriptions the last time I had questions about them & while trying to ask him he kept cutting me off, & would walk away. I have seen from the other reviews that we are not the only customers to be disrespected by this pharmacist & it goes back quite a long time. Why is he still there with so many complaints on him? Does Rite Aid corporate or the district manager know that this person is causing them to loose business because they are going to be losing ours if something isn’t resolved with this individual. What a shame & no customer should be treated with disrespect no matter what the situation is by any employee of any business.

They copy and paste the same response to every comment on here and still havent did a thing about it oe call back foe that matter. The main pharmacist is rude and very unprofessional. Made me feel uncomfortable the whole time interviewing and nonstop called my phone leaving at least 6 voicemails being aggressive during my interview process. After seeing so many complaints and the store not doing anything about it obviously they don't care.

The only reason, I continue to go to this pharmacy is because it is close and convenient. The store employees are great, but the A-hole pharmacist is the least person in the world I prefer to deal with. He may know prescription drugs, but don''t know anything when it comes to dealing with people.

I took my daughter's prescription there because I've had her prescriptions filled there many times over the years with no issues. A half an hour after I left the pharmacist called and rudely told me I needed to come get my slip and take it somewhere else because she has Meridian for insurance (mind you it's 5pm and the only other pharmacy in Bridgeport closes at 6). I said "oh you don't take Meridian anymore?" He said "no we haven't taken Meridian in a long time. Come get your slip." And then hung up on me before I could say anything else! But my fiance, who also has Meridian, had a prescription filled there less than a month ago with no issues. I tried to call back and the phone just rings and rings. So now my daughter will have to go without medicine for tonight because their negligence. Between that and the rudeness of the pharmacist that called me, I won't be filling anymore prescriptions there even if it is the most convenient!
