“Bridal by Viper did an amazing job with my alterations. I wanted a privacy panel added to the front v-neckline. It required hand stitching of beads to match the rest of the front. When finished, it looked as though it was always part of the dress. I received compliment after compliment on the dress. It was a great day amd i felt beautiful. Thank you ladies - great job from dress selection to final fitting❤️”
“Whenever we are in Michigan, we always make a stop here. My husband always buys new Guinness glasses, and this time, I bought a new purse. (Everything else in the photo is from another store) It is such a great store to stop into, and they always have wonderful customer service.”

“They were pretty good about my online return without the packing slip, but the styles are unimpressive right now so I didn't try to get anything new. And the store only carries clothes for smaller athletes. They need to carry clothes for us larger athletes so we can try this stuff on.”

“Visited to find some jeans that actually fit me. The girl was so kind and helpful! I had no idea what size I was or how to figure out what to buy as I homestead and homeschool so most of my clothing was leggings. I ordered more online now that I know what size I am. Truly made my day!”

“Very nice store with cool things but there were so many signs saying no photos allowed, do not sit, no loitering. Feels unwelcoming. Most stores allow photos and it creates memories. I guess they don't want me to show my friends and family our memories and things in their store.Edit: owner responded back and it does make more sense. I just felt unwelcome with the over abundance of signs. I'm a photo guy so I enjoy taking photos of things I like and places I go. I get protecting the vendors from people who want to steal their ideas.Changed from 2 star to 4 star.”

“I brought my young teen daughter in on a Sunday hoping she would find clothing to wear to her liking for modeling school. As I walked in, I was asked if I needed help with anything. I explained the situation, my daughters style and the style the modeling school wanted to see on her. The two ladies were so nice, helpful and made the experience so fun putting outfits together for my daughter to try on. Thank you for your help that day and making my shopping alot easier.”
“Went in their shop with my son who is getting interested in the sport and the staff welcomed him with open arms. The young man who helped us was informative and not pushy at all. You could tell the employees had a passion for the sport and it wasn't just a job for them. “We came for a over night road trip just to eat here. We made reservations a few hours ahead of time which was smart!! The atmosphere was super perfect. The man who played acordian stopped and I tipped him as he played a ALL TIME FAVORITE, Edelweiss. We had such a great family time of laughing and making wonderful memories. Our waitress was ok... Our food... That was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Chicken,mashed potatoes,noodles,veggies to all the salads ,soup and bread. Wow wow wow. As always TOP STAR RESTAURANT. My only complaint is I never got the free birthday dinner. I've been a Perks member for 5 yr. I didn't receive the email. But ,anyways.. WE'LL BE BACK.”

“It's been twenty plus years, walking into an Old Navy store I used to frequent. And it hasn't changed much. This is a good thing overall. Felt familiar, chill, and hip. Staff was nice and accommodating as well. Prices were fair on things too, which is good to see these days.”

“The young man and young lady who are on the early shift today, greeted me when I walked into the store, asked me if I needed anything while I was shopping, then at the register asked if I had found everything ok. Now that is what I call excellent customer service, unlike some of the other stores at birch run outlets. They were very very helpful here, and the store was neat and clean.”
“I visited the store for the first time yesterday, the city girls were very helpful and professional. They were very patient with my daughter, it was her bday they put a smile on her face. I drove out from Adrian and I can say it was worth it my baby was happy. ? I just loved precious and her best friend. “A note of appreciation not only for such a positive shopping experience, but the amount of excellent customer service that went into making everything right after our dress unfortunately arrived damaged from the manufacturer. Completely not Viper's fault and yet they still went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. They could've not said anything about the imperfections and let us drive home none the wiser until prom day, but instead inspected the dress thoroughly from the start and treated us with honesty and respect.
