“Bridal by Viper did an amazing job with my alterations. I wanted a privacy panel added to the front v-neckline. It required hand stitching of beads to match the rest of the front. When finished, it looked as though it was always part of the dress. I received compliment after compliment on the dress. It was a great day amd i felt beautiful. Thank you ladies - great job from dress selection to final fitting❤️”

“A note of appreciation not only for such a positive shopping experience, but the amount of excellent customer service that went into making everything right after our dress unfortunately arrived damaged from the manufacturer. Completely not Viper's fault and yet they still went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. They could've not said anything about the imperfections and let us drive home none the wiser until prom day, but instead inspected the dress thoroughly from the start and treated us with honesty and respect.
