“I have now received my hood . Shipping was very timely , The packaging was the best I have seen and the hood is stunning . I'm in Canada so it shipped some distance with not so much as a scratch . The underside of the hood is finished as nice as the top . “Best experience ever buying a new car! Our sales guy Sam Kaczynski was super knowledgeable , efficient ( fastest smoothest experience at any car dealership we have ever experienced) , showed us buying a hybrid would not be worthwhile in savings for us with not much city driving and so saved us big $$.
We appreciated Sams honesty, advice and friendly fun demeanor, he is passionate about cars and driving in general, so it really was a pleasure to meet and buy from him.
Absolutely love the Rav4 he sold us, he patiently showed us all the tech and how to use it and we averaged 35 mpg on the first 100 miles we put on it yesterday. Certainly did not need the hybrid we were set on when walking through the dealership doors.
So if you are on the market for Toyota ask for Sam - he wont steer you wrong.”
