Our mail delivery person is so damn lazy. She has threatened to with hold mail because the township didn't plow our roads. She has marked my mailbox as blocked because the trash cans where "too far into the road." Mind you they where 5 feet away from the mail box. I will keep going up the chain till she is removed. She has caused me to miss important letters from the VA. Including appointment notification.

I'm so pleased! I ordered a box of baby chicks and they called me first thing in the morning to come pick them up. I didn't even need to ask them to do this. In years prior, I have dealt with other locations and the chicks have ridden around in the delivery vehicle all day in spite of me calling to have them held for me to pickup. Great service and care for live animals!!!

Terrible customer service. Never anyone here to help. I had packages to drop off with postage already on it, walked in at 459 and they said closed wouldn't let me drop off package. Door says hours are 530.

Needed to get a passport picture taken. They are an approved location with a trained person. They took the picture and sent it to the Federal Office. We waited months only to be told the image was too blurry and it was not accepted. We now were panicked we needed the passport in less than 4 weeks now. We went back and the man argued with us. They could not help with the new rush charges. We finally were able to get the picture taken again and demanded to see the proof he argued again. When we were finally shown it was blurry too!

The manager at this facility is very rude. She hangs up on you when you have valid issues with their competency and due diligence. She refused to tell me her name. She needs to be replaced. I have contacted the USPS Office of Inspector General and left a detailed complaint about how they accepted packages and then stated, after they shipped it, when I returned the next day for another return, that charges would be due at the receiving facility even with a pre-paid RMA label. They need to be trained better to do their job. My address was on the box and they could have just driven up the driveway out here and let me know before they accepted it without issue and sent it on its way. Time sensitive return for over $100.00 refund. Do not use their USPS Shipping boxes with pre-paid labels. I am letting you know because they obviously will not tell you until it is on its way if you happen to go back in. Otherwise it may come back to you weeks later. What a rip off.

This post office is the absolute WORST for customer service. There's no one ever at the counter and the person in the back has to say I'll be right there a minimum of three times everytime I come in. I have mentioned this experience to some of my friends and they've expressed the exact same scenario. What a freaking joke...the service is SO BAD! Either fire this guy or fire the post master because this service is terrible and wasting alot of people's time. You sorting mail is not more important then waiting on your customers at the counter.

I've had a few poor experiences here. For today, specifically, I came to the post office after running into multiple issues with the online service that allows you to sign up for a post office box. I arrived 15 or so minutes before close, waited for a kind old lady and her caretaker to finish their transaction and then was given an application. When I went to take a quick peek at the box sizes I could hear the manager sternly instructing the person helping me to tell me that I had to come back another day. I returned to the counter immediately and the poor gentleman couldn't even meet my eye. You could tell he was upset and frustrated, and all he could do was apologize while scooping away boxes off of another counter. We've had other poor experiences here and I hope that sometime soon someone can address what seems like a pattern of issues at this location.

I arrive at 4:55. I have two small things to put in an envelope and who ever is working today does not need there job. As soon as I walk up to the counter he says "really, we close in like 20 seconds".

I was so happy, that I choose this post office for my passport application. Very friendly people working here and they helped me a lot with documents etc. Highly recommend!

If I could I'd rate this a zero. The blonde girl at the desk had a horrible attitude. They didn't hold my package for 10 days nor did they leave a notice that they tried to deliver. Never get your packages sent here. Run them out of business I say. Screw the government!!!

Not very happy with not getting our mail picked up if we don't have anything to be delivered for that day. It's in their contract they can decide to stop to pick up but they don't have to. I never knew that was a thing i would expect to have mail picked up

You make a change of address from December 2020, yet not all of your important mail gets forwarded. You call the post office and get attitude from a staff member saying they are doing their job. If they were doing their job, I would not have to make a call or write this dissatisfied post
