I paid to have to guns bore sighted. They took them in the back and was out in less than 2 minutes. I took the gun to shoot and it was even kind of close. The one scope was loose and crooked. I highly doubt they even did anything to them. I could have mounted the scope out of the box and it would have likely been closer.

I went there today and took a reloading class and I am so much more comfortable with it now. I urge anyone with their reloader still in the box to give them a call today!!!!!

Not very nice, extremely rude. I guess they also can't count rounds out either.

I have been in the gun industry for sometime and they go above and beyond as far as a supplier of ammo/guns and reloading supplies in the area.

This place is small but packed with almost everything a hunter or pistol man could want. Very friendly staff, owners are great and almost always there to help when busy. Reloading paradise, if you haven’t been to Hunters Insight Firearms your missing out in a jewel of a small town gun store. They’re located in Ortonville Michigan just south of Goodrich or north of Clarkston on M-15.

I went to the shop to purchase a shotgun. And at the insistance of the owner The purchase was made prior to passing the NICS background check. After having Been denied the purchase application I came in to get a refund of my purchase and using my debit card, instead of refunding me, they charged me the same amount over again, then told me it was an accident and that it would take 3 to 4 days for the money to show back in my bank account. then I was asked to sign a sales receipt for The supposed accidental charge. When I questioned the reason for needing to sign a sales reciept on the accidental charge, I was not given a reasonable explanation, just that the funds wouldnt be put back in my account for 3 or 4 days. I questioned the reason for it again pressing her for an explanation as she continued to insist that I sign the reciept. and again I refused to sign. At this time the owner Who's name I forget But she was a female, abruptly And quite rudely Reminded me that I was the one with a criminal record, (this was her assumption not a fact) not her, and That she wasn't doing anything dishonest And told me that the funds would be returned to my account depending on how long it took my bank to complete the transaction. When I informed her that this was not true and that my bank was waiting for them to reverse the charge and then my bank would release the funds back to my account. I stated to her that something was very wrong at which time I was told to "get out of my store right now" at my hesitancey to leave she called 911. I informed her that it was not neccesary as I was going to the sheriffs dept to file a report of her business practices. I did meet with the Sheriffs deputy who escorted me back to the store. It is my oppinion that they were attempting to run a scam on me and believing that I would run away intimidated by them as a Federally licensed gun dealer and be in fear of the law. Having gone through this experience this is how it appears to me. It does not take three to four days for most electronic transactions to complete or be reversed and the fact that she was insisting that I sign a sales reciept for an "accidental" charge confirms my suspicions. I believe they are using intimidation tactics on people in a situation similar to mine who may believe they have commited a crime by applying for a fire arms purchase with a denial. Some people im sure would give in to this fear. As a result of all of this I am now out of $13,00.00 for a $741.54 original purchase. If this truly was not an itimidation scheme it was incompitency at the very least. But I believe these people know exactly what they are doing.

We've been driving by this place for years. Literally. They are usually already closed by the time we pass by in the evenings thus the reason we haven't stopped in until now.Wow! If you need reloading supplies, this is your first and probably last stop. We invaded the shop with a truck load of people and rattled off several things we have been looking for. I walked out with the first item I've been searching for.Nice people too! We'll be back...

A reloaders ‘honey hole’ if you will. They have just about everything to reload a lot of different cartridges. I’ve found quite a few hard to find dies here as well. The team there have been a huge help since I first started reloading with guiding me in the right and safe direction. A bonus is they are a Dillon and Henry dealer!

Great place to buy your shooting needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was put on a list to buy a very hard to get product 8 months ago and when it came in they followed thru and called me when it came in, just like they said it would.
