Once diagnosed, Gott's sourced OEM parts while keeping me updated every step of the way. When one of the new parts turned out to be defective out of the box, Gott's team ID'd it and rectified it before returning my car to me at no extra cost to me.

“This company is amazing. Very professional, explain everything very well, very nice father and son personality. I would recommend them highly. My well pump kept turning on and off every couple minutes all day and night. Problem was a leak at a rusted fitting where the well line to the house connected to the well casing.Well was installed in 1988. They had to dig dow 5 feet around the well casing to fix it. They blew out all the gunk build up in the well and then put in new drop pipe, new pump, new wiring, new saddle valve. Also pressure tank was full of water so bladder was bad. All in all they fixed everything at what I think is a very reasonable price. GOOD JOB GUYS.Service: Pump installation”

“How awesome is it to be able to finish that project the day you started it! Living right across the street from Mazza has made that a possibility many times. They carry a little bit of everything common and what they don't have in stock they are usually able to order and have whithen a couple days. Their staff is always super friendly and helpful, reminds me of a small town gas station but for your auto needs. Some things such as canned Carby spray are marked up a bit more than at "large named' auto stores however they always seem to have the best price on actual auto parts compared to A.Z.,O.R.,A.A.,Ect... Only gripe I can find find is their hours are fairly limited. If your an after-work project starter you'll be out of luck if you find you need something to close that hood so plan ahead and pick up what ya need while their open.”

“I recently brought in my prized possession (aka weekend sports car cruiser) for some preventative maintenance (master clutch cylinder replacement, clutch fluid change, oil change, etc.) and was really impressed with the level of customer service from both the Manager and Owner of Clarkston Auto & Transmission. Not only were they very responsive on the communication front, but they also charged a very reasonable price for the work performed (especially given the labor hours involved). “I cannot say enough about how impressed I was by this shop! I took my truck here because my brakes were pulsating. I’ve taken it to my prior dealership multiple times and have been told “they’re fine, nothing’s wrong with them,” and was generally brushed off. Within a couple of hours of me dropping my truck off at this shop, I received a call with the diagnosis and a price, and my truck was complete with all new brakes and rotors by 2pm same day. “I work across the street from the Ortonville location. I called this morning and spoke with Curtis about my left front break had a loud scraping sound coming from it for the past few days. He actually came and picked up my Jeep from work for me ! They ended up finding out there was just a rock stuck in it! He also brought my Jeep back to me and didn't charge me anything :) I am so blown away and so relieved and so grateful for him going out of his way for me :) I will definitely be spreading the word about this shop and will be going there next time I have mechanical issues:) Top notch establishment!”

“I called to see if they had availability to look at my daughters car that had broken down on the expressway driving back to college, the associate advised me it would be close to a week until they could look at it; we are not from around there and literally googling car repair shops. Rather than leave it at that, they gave me another repair shop number and said they may be able to look at it sooner. I called the alternate company, and was able to get the car in, looked at, parts ordered within 24hrs...I never would have known the place existed if not for this repair shops owner.
