We just went to Boyne Mountain and we had a horrible experience. We were there 2 days and that was enough. On our bed, Our foot bed posts were both broken, our side rail was broken, sink upstairs drained slow, our balcony side door was broken AND our jacuzzi tub handle was broken and’s after mentioning this to the front desk, the attendant stated these things were a common issue AND as a result of staying in the room we caught COVID. NO ONE could have cleaned or checked our room prior to us checking in! It was a horrible experience! I will NEVER recommend this resort! I’m only giving this post 1 star because that Is as low as the review will allow and it did not have a great view!!

The indoor water park was amazing and so much to do for the little ones and the adults as well. We had a great time here.

Great get away but to many kids at the pool for the price they should have adult pool and kids pool

Overall very clean. If you have a crawling toddler it can be difficult since the room was mostly tile. They also have an outdoor play area for kids.

Staff was very friendly and everything right there if you don't want to leave the property. Rooms clean, did not hear people in the next room. Loved our stay!
Rooms: Clean and quiet.
Nearby activities: Restaurants, provisions and lots of outdoor activities to do.
Safety: We felt very safe walking around the resort property.
Walkability: Everything was easy to walk to. Chair lift up to top of mountain to see skybridge or watch the sunset.
Food & drinks: Places at the resort to have drinks or go to the provisions store on site and buy something to bring to the room.

Safety: We felt very safe. Great place for family vacations.
Walkability: Many activities and dining are within walking distance.
