The manager of this store is a shame. I bought cookies, at the time I bought them I returned to return them because they couldn't be eaten because they tasted like soap. And although the cashier acknowledged the purchase and that she did not give me the receipt, the manager who always serves with a very bad temper, true to her style, did not want to acknowledge the mistake. It's disrespectful to all of Boyne Falls.

Good store as far as it goes and I'm happy to have on near here.But the guy that dresses as a girl there wears WAY too much perfume...it's rediculous....And nasty..Can't go any where with out this B's haha.

Last 3 times ive been in this store i never get the things i ask for that are behind the checkout..only part of them.. Not happy will never go back to this location. The store customer service is a joke

While the store was clean and well stocked, the service by the cashier was the worst I’ve ever experienced! After complaining that he’s sick of having to ring up large orders, he huffed and puffed while ringing up my items and then proceeded to drop my bags on the floor in front of the register. I’m wearing a knee brace and have just had a painful back procedure done. He could see I was having a difficult time picking my bags up off the floor, yet decided to plop his butt on the counter and hop on his personal phone. Needless to say, I will never shop here again! So disappointing!
