The employees at the Boyne city post office have all been very courteous and professional, my wife and I just applied for our passports there and Rachel was very knowledgeable and courteous as well!

Throughout the past month, I’ve shipped countless of packages at this USPS. I’ve encountered zero problems. The customer waiting line is practically non-existent, plentiful free parking, and the location is in the heart of Boyne City.

I’m from out of town and had a bunch of boxes that needed to be manually entered into the system near closing time. Court was working the register and he got everything entered really quickly and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. 5 stars

My spouse and I just moved to the area (from a city to this small, quiet town). We were mailing some stuff to his mom's that she forgot before she left for her trip... We got there an HOUR before close, had to pull up our new address and the mailing address the package was being shipped to, the guy helping us kept snapping his fingers "let's go" being really impatient, I was trying to figure if he was joking around or not (there's no one else in the office, just us three), he ended up taking the mailing slip out of my hands and sticking it to the box before I could even finish writing down the return address on it and shoved it aside.
